Corner the Jaylen/Jalen market.

I wish. I'd give them whatever they want

Rumor is that Boston wants to add Durant to Tatum and is using a radio station as a weather balloon.

That's likely. I would go for it if I were Jersey. Great, young, two way wing will keep you in the mix. Simmons/Brown is a good start if Simmons deigns to play.

That can't be true. No way.

They're like "look, I know we just got bent over in the Goober trade but we're not THAT dumb.

If I am the league, I am colluding with BKN to make sure they don't deal Durant because this creates a total nightmare for the league management as a whole. If a players contract is only contract FOR THE PLAYER and is more of a guideline for the teams, player movement will become even more out of control.

Yes I know I just agreed to my supermax, but I really just wanted to secure my paycheck and I am demanding to go to the Lakers, you can have all their draft pick (singular) remaining, and an amalgamation of the overpaid role players they have amassed for the past 3 years on MLE deals.

He took it well

If that was KD instead he'd have jumped off the stands and attacked the guy with the phone. Well unless that guy was real big, then KD would grab a whole bunch of security and make sure they're in between them and then start cursing that guy off from a safe distance.

It has already gotten out of control and has reached to the limit.

1. Small market owners were whining about players leaving FA. NBA creates super max if stayed with the team.
The extra year and team max contract worked. All rookies after their 1st contract signed with their home team.

2. Then players started to request out within the last year or two of their contract. Then it started to stretch out to after year into their contract (Ben Simmons) and now signing the contract and asking out before the contract starts ( Kevin Durant).

3. Now team owners going to complain that its too much player empowerment in the next CBA

This will definitely be talked about in the next CBA.

NYK & Jericho Sims agreed on 3-year deal (3rd year team option); NYK & Trevor Keels agreed on 2-way contract. Feron Hunt & Keels are NYK’s 2-way players. Sims’ deal could be via cap space or NT-MLE. Depends on if NYK is operating over or under cap. Athletic/Newsday 1st reported.

Simmons may or may not ever play again. If that's the example of under-contract movement, then GOOD. Durant would be cataclysmic.

Just because the wolves were the wolves. Don’t mean people are overpaying for these stars they still have to build a damn team for that star.

They are doing that intentionally. Edwards is a 20 yr old rookie on the rise! Durant ain't worth Edwards. You'd have to be stupid to give up on Edwards for 2 solid years of old worn down Durant. But Edwards, KAT, and 4 draft picks? TROLOLOLOLLLL!!! Stupid @$$ Brooklyn. Let's see what they actually get, compare and sip some tea,

If I were them I’d do the same thing just out of spite to Durant and see who bites. His ass could sit for 4 szns and become leave for nothing as a FA at the age of 38 for all I care if I was Sean Marks

They gotta move on. Sean gotta think of his career and not let the KD news poison the Nets even further, which is pretty impressive once you consider how awful their franchise and fan base is. I hope Indiana effs Phoenix over with an Ayton max. Kyrie is also a ticking time bomb.
