Getting all the parties to agree esp. Rozier (who may listen to other offers) and Hornets (at a certain starting salary) could be tricky. Kyrie being a weirdo doesn't help either. Add sweetener as needed.
Re-sign Horford to agreed upon number post-trade.
Yikes. I just realized that some of what I posted about the cap isn't true.
Specifically, the people who have said we need to send out more salary than Kyrie's in order to balance Kemba's salary are quite right, because only Kyrie's old salary will count against Kemba's new one. In fact, Kyrie plus Baynes plus Rozier may not be enough, if somebody wants to check the numbers.
The key rule, from Section 93 if
http://www.cbafaq.com/salarycap.htm, is:
If a team re-signs its Larry Bird or Early Bird free agent in order to trade the player in a sign-and-trade transaction, the player's new salary is greater than the minimum, he receives a raise greater than 20%, and the team is at or above the cap immediately after the signing1, then the player's outgoing salary for trade purposes is either his previous salary or 50% of his new salary, whichever is greater. The team receiving the player always uses his new salary.
