If all Houston is sending out is Anderson and unguaranteeds Melo's kicker is going to be very minimal.. Houston doesnt have any other contracts to pawn off that are not rotation players. I think he learnt his lesson the first time

I think Harkless (24) fits in that rebuild cause there is still potential.
We have too many bigs to take a flier on Leonards upside

It's really strange there aren't more teams willing to take on several of the NBAs worst and most irresponsible contracts to make Houston better

Happens all the time. Dallas and Cuban took on Bogut so the Warriors can sign Durant. The Jazz took on a bunch of crappy contracts for the Warriors to sign Iggy.
