You know, I've never been a football fan. Never really watched it but I did on Sunday and kinda loved it. What do I need to know about football?

At the same time, I kind of like watching in blissful ignorance of not knowing what's a good or bad call.

Totally enjoying this run. Trying to give you credit where it's due if you can notice it, rather than just disappearing. Still would argue some minor points (Blount did a lot for us within the last five years for example; that wide receiver depth in training camp was garbage depth; hopefully the CBs not named Gilmore play better than those spots did last February) and the overall point that if some things are arguable then everything's *not actually* 'obvious' -- never was looking for victory, just to make that point. Never wanted the team to underperform (though their RS was crap by their standards) and totally enjoying the juggernaut that's rolling towards Atlanta. As I just said, we're basically seeing the Russell and Red dynasty again. HOLY CRAP is that awesome -- I'm not old enough to have been around then -- always wondered what it was like. Well: like this.

Props for stepping up. But it didn't have to be this way!

We have Belichick and Brady, and that's more than anyone else has ever had or ever will have!

Facts!

Love this.
Though, the Patriots will have actually been in the Super Bowl 11 times (counting this year).
This will be Brady's 9th time.

Yup, but crazy that Brady has at least 4.5x as many SB appearances as half of the teams in the league, lol.

I know a lot of people are picking a Pats blowout win I hear. But I can't do that.

Pats always give good Super Bowl.

I think Pats right now win but by 7 or less points.

Stop the run and protect Brady. It's a better matchup then last years Eagles. Well I mean clearly since Nick Foles was doing some sort of black magic.

Goff is decent but not as good as Mahomes or Rivers and he will checkdown a lot. Their D does have talent though, a lot actually.

I know the intention of this image was to make a joke but they should have changed Missouri. No one in that state likes the Rams.

Their hate for the Patriots overrides whatever fans were living in St Louis and rooted for the Rams.

I really wish people would stop pushing the Pats so hard. They play best when they're not the favorites.

^this
Last year in Minneapolis I got really annoyed with the super bowl week hype. They don't let go of the players, can't do 50 media appearances, interviews, events and prepare for a super bowl. That messes with their heads, especially staying in a mall for a week.

Won't lie, I got some pre SB jitters. Rams are a pretty damn good team, this will be a good one IMO. Just hoping for a Pats win.

If the Pats do win, I'm expecting another 1 to 3 point victory that comes down to the last play or two. For some reason the Pats never want to make it easy on their fans. I mean, do they think we like having our blood pressure go through the roof SB after SB. Is it asking too much for them to win by 24 points or so? Come on guys, how about giving us, your fans, an easy win for once in the big game???
Buy yeah, I'm expecting another nail biter that goes to the wire.

So.... big game today.
I’m glad that this SuperBowl, unlike last year, doesn’t seem to be sponsored by ‘Tom Versus Time’.
I’m also hopeful that Belichick doesn’t sit a key player this year for no known reason. That’d be cool.
I want to hope for the first ever non-close SB victory in our favor but know better. That said LETTTTTTTS GOOOOOOOOOOOO **** RIDE OR DIE OUR SPORTS TEAM >>>> YOUR SPORTS TEAM GREATEST DYNASTY SINCE RUSSELL AND RED LLLLETTTS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

There might not be anything worse than the NFL Network's gameday coverage right now. Absolute trash.
