Lol why? Did we sign one of his brothers to the WCB lol

There’s an Antetokounmpo on the team the WCB was playing. Speaking of which, Tyler Cook actually played tonight so maybe he’ll be back also.

I don't see anyone beating the Warriors in 7 games. Worst part about it is, they have pieces to get even better at the deadline.

If it's not going to be us (which honestly im pretty sure it won't be) I wouldn't mind it being them.

Disagreed. They are most definitely beatable.

Yeah no thanks to watching us sustain four consecutive thrashing blow outs to the hilariously overpowered Warriors. They throttle us when they aren’t even close to being healthy. Motivated healthy playoff warriors in the finals would make it so Steph, Klay, Dray, and Wiggins could sit every third and fourth quarter against us and still wreck us by multiples of dozens of points.

I don’t have any interest in watching the Warriors continue their monstrous legacy of the all time best to lace it up. Go Suns, go Bucks.

Maybe its just Bulls being somewhat relevant again that I'm paying more attention but it does seem like more and more players are going down with injuries every week. Star players too like Dame, KD, almost Lavine...

I'd include AD but well his injuries are more par for the course really.

82 games is insane when you think of how fast the game is played nowadays.

There shouldn't be any sets of back to back games. Everyone knows that the human body needs at least two days to properly recover.

from playing basketball for 35 minutes? pros practice hard and do physical conditioning too. that's probably at least as physically taxing as game night. should that stuff be banned on off days?

i DO think that back-to-backs should be same building only (both at home or both on the road lakers/clippers). air travel is bad for recovery. i find it hard to believe that such a requirement would places undue burden on the schedulers

There's nothing like actual game conditions.

35 minutes of NBA game speed and physical contact is unlike any other 35 minutes most humans experience.

There's no point to back-to-back games except for the league trying to squeeze in as many games it can to generate more revenue.

Is extra revenue worth player health, safety and performance? Especially when the money teams lose out on when prominent players go down with injuries probably negates that extra revenue?

You guys saw the Nets coach who tipped the pass to Kuzma in the 4th quarter, and the Nets ended up winning by 1 point? And I thought I couldn't hate that Nets team any more. I hope the league comes down HARD on the Nets/the coach. You can't interfere with the game. It benefitted them, too. Imagine that happening in the playoffs.

Intrigued to see what the NBA does about this. They should land on the Nets like a ton of bricks, otherwise the message is "it's not only ok to cheat, but can add to your win column".

What if the Wizards were to miss the playoffs by one? That would be a big loss of revenue too.
From the basketball's perspective, travel is a nice pause from being pounded to the floor.

The league won't do it, but I would be delighted to see it take 2 points away from the Nets, thereby awarding the victory to Washington.

There has to be a sever penalty for this. Also that ref as well who (if you look at the vid) was really looking at it as well but just didn't make the call. He should be fined as well.

Read on Twitter

@ShamsCharania: Nets assistant coach David Vanterpool has been fined $10,000 and the Nets’ organization has been fined $25,000 for Vanterpool interfering with live play on Wednesday night.

Very weak stuff by the league. It just sent the message that cheating is worth it.
Constantly underwhelmed by the Bulls.

The stupid fine does nothing. That miss has hella implications. Wiz fighting for a playoff spot. nets and the rest of the top of the east fighting for seeding.

NBA refs are absolute **** worthless and it makes me vomit when commentators on TV always suck em off about how "good they are at their jobs." **** clowns.

Mad respect for Kuzma for calling them out on their ****.

I've always disliked the nets but even more so now. Watching the vid im almost convinced the coach did that on purpose.

I hope they don't win ****. I'll happily take another MIL title over them.

Watching Knicks game right now and they do not look good at home.

Like I always have said that Knicks (Thibs) defensive system is going to load up on 1 side and blitz and clog the paint and they will give you wide open 3s (if you move the ball), the teams that knock down good amont of 3s, will blow them out on more nights than not.

Today, Pelicans getting **** load of open shots but missing them but still up on Knicks (they have missed shots too).

"Domantas Sabonis Likely Has 'Significant' Ankle Sprain":

If he's out for a good amount of time maybe Indiana should tank this season...? But I bet that will be difficult to do with Carlilse as the coach and some solid players in Brogdon, LeVert, etc. Myles Turner is also out right now.
