He's a superstar but there's something unstable and immature about him.

Ticker still carries story of Durant's $25,000 fine for throwing the ball, nothing yet about fine or punishment for an ejection for a Flagrant 2 the very next game. Probably there's a standard fine.

Waiting for the replay review of the flagrant last night, Durant was looking up at the big screen and grinning and pantomiming pushing a teammate in the neck. Now today he says he takes credit for igniting the crowd with his ejection.

Acting like a WWE wrestler. I wonder if all the stress of the Kyrie situation has KD frustrated and close to the edge.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

TSN is hot trash. They were showing highlights of the Celtics Bulls game and literally showed highlights till midway of the 3rd when Celtics were up and that was it. They wrapped it up with the Bulls win and stated the score completely dismissing the comeback.

Clips are looking bad.

Their halftime TV analysis is terrible as well.
The host makes a big deal of the Clippers 8 halftime assists and how Paul George has done great with 4 of them.
Then she says Reggie Jackson is "HEATIN UP" after showing him hit a shot. He is 2-9 at the half.

its clear that we got the best out of Kawhi; they arent going to be a contender anytime soon; steve Balmer doesn't want to admit that...him, jerry west, Lawrence frank, doc rivers (now with sixers, obv.)....these guys frankly are losers & im happy both sixers & clips arent performing well

if they have to play this hard to win against the worst-performing teams in the league, without Kawhi, they wont even make the play in tournament.

Boston Celtics need to trade 1 of the 2 stars & change the supporting cast, classic example of a team that has tried to rebuild & compete for the NBA championship at the same time; it hasn't worked for any team I can recall in the past (lakers with Kobe, mid-2000s)...raptors made the right call for the first time, tanking in the right year....drafted the right player...

i'm not sure where the how to stream thread is but wanted to share this.

i purchased nba league pass online. i live in nyc. all knicks/nets games are blocked. so when the raptors play them, it's blocked for me.

i have a workaround.

i used chrome browser to watch the games. i installed this free vpn extension:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/free-vpn-for-chrome-vpn-p/majdfhpaihoncoakbjgbdhglocklcgno?hl=en

i turn it on. i then log into my nba league pass website. i am then able to watch my local broadcasts. as soon as i start the stream of the game, i turn off the vpn. and i'm good to go.

my guess is that it will work for you all in toronto as well so you can avoid the local blockage.

let's us remember this regular season Demar...not playoff DeMar, who always plays with the "deer in headlights" mentality

Demar did great in his last playoff appearance with the Spurs

Cade better start developing a jumper because his physical attributes look very average in the NBA.

He's also pretty boring to watch.

It seems to me all the hype was when Cade was thought to be 6' 8". But he's not, and the expectations never recalibrated.

Mobley and Scottie. Not sure who I would pick #1. But I'm happy with either.

[edited to add] All those former Team USA guys are still buddies. I'm sure it will be a thing when Scottie makes the playoffs with the Raptors, and none of the rest do. Sometime in the next ten years, Raps will sign a premium US free agent.

Man the Pistons are so bad. I know they’re playing the Bucks but their 2nd leading scorer is Lyles with 6 (off the bench) near the end of the 3rd. Basically Grant is the only useful player

Cade bricking shots left and right. Even when wide open on several

Cade, like Suggs, is having trouble creating anything off the dribble. Both really lacking that burst.

The Demar hate on this board is unreal. Like its impossible for a player to change and improve right?? DeMar has gotten a lot better since leaving the Raptors, thanks mainly to his work ethic and not being constantly put into situations to fail by Stone Age Dwayne Casey.

Man, Cade doesnt look dominating at all. How was this guy a consensus #1 pick? So far Barnes has looked more impressive, not to mention more assertive and explosive than all the rookies taken before him.
