Definitely in the top 4, possible higher. My criteria is whether a coach gets the most out of the talent he's given.

This season the Jazz were first in offensive rating and 10th in defensive rating, both ahead of the Bucks. Whose talent would you rather have? Snyder is particularly known as an offensive mastermind, by none other than Bud.

Has never made it out of the second round, especially last two years where they had the clearly better team. Also the teams he’s lost too went on to be cannon fodder for the real elite teams.

His time and talent level in Utah is very comparable to buds time and talent in Atlanta, I would take the last two jazz rosters over those hawks too.

Your analysis of the Jazz talent is certainly different than mine. Snyder has done more with less than most coaches in the league.

And unless you can tell me what he did wrong (as I have detailed about Bud), then looking at playoff record doesn't move me at all.

I will repeat again, the only sensible criteria in evaluating a coach is what he does with the talent he has. This year he has the top rated offense and the tenth rated defense, well above the Bucks, who have a more talented team.

A coach can be great and not make the playoffs and a mediocre coach can win a championship (and no, I don't think Bud is a mediocre coach). It's why I think Thibs has done the best coaching job in the NBA the last two seasons. He has, in my view, one of the least talented teams in the league.

Would I want Thibs coaching the Bucks? heck no, but that's another discussion.

I find myself rooting for the C's. Didn't think I would.

Warriors' spacing issues are compounded if Klay is this version of Klay and if they can't stop Boston on the other end. Feels like a short series unless something drastic happens.

Refs better put a lid on Draymond before someone gets hurt

Seems like Draymond knows it too with the way he's acting out. Getting away with a lot already.

Coverage in the first game first half was "Klay is all the way back". Something tells me won't ever be all the way back.

Doesn’t it kinda feel like the refs stepped in on GS’s behalf there in the 1st?

They showed a video of draymond hacking the **** out of brown multiple times calling it beautiful defense lol. I think Van gundy wanted to call it out but decided not to.

If they were going to call a foul on that possession players may as well not defend at all.

Derrick White looks like something Super Mario might jump on and squash.

Draymond might’ve just lost the series with that, too emotional. I wouldn’t mind if they just ignored it as to not affect the outcome too much but that’s a textbook tech.

Brown kick his leg out there. And this whole review is about a nothing incident after it.

GSW got saved by the refs.

Wiggins is the guy who needs to step up for Dubs. Klay looks bad, but he still commands defensive attention- you can’t leave him. Wiggins should have some opportunities.

I think it's going both ways. Both teams being allowed to be physical. Curious they call, for example, an O foul on Poole for kicking his legs out on the three (the right call) but nothing called on Brown at the end there.

Not sure if a hot take, but Warriors look really overmatched. Horribly cliche but the Celts biggest obstacle is getting over the collective yips they seem to go through as a team at times in a series. If they play to their ability as the better team, this'll be a 4-0 or 4-1 series.
