Watching last night's Heat/Jazz game and the Utah play by play guy keeps saying Bam Ab-uh-day-oh. Its driving me nuts. Like seriously? Dude is a pretty bright young star and he played in the finals last year. Do better.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Anthony Davis bruises his Achilles. How much does that news shake up the NBA contender talk?

Personally I've felt like the Lakers have been pretty overrated as locked in title favorites up to this point. They're in the top tier, maybe lower with Davis sidelined, but they aren't alone there like some have said.

They got off to a great start because a lot of them were shooting the lights out, well above 40% from 3, maybe even above 50%.

That should revert to the mean, though they obviously shot the lights out in the bubble too.

Without AD, they would need another volume scorer.

I stopped looking at the Suns Nets game since it looked over, but it's always nice to know CP3 chokes it away. That with Denver losing makes it a good night since the Western conference teams have been on an absolute tear the last 2 weeks. Nuggets also lost.

Warriors need to get it done tomorrow night vs the Heat and start getting some semblance of winning runs.

Wow the Bucks looking like early exit team again.

They mortgaged the future too.

I don't think Bogdanovic from Sacto would have made all that much difference either.

Makes you question Giannis' judgement that he wanted him in Milwaukee.

Joe Harris is the best 3 point shooter in the league this season, the Nets 4th choice. Usually role players play a decent role and I'm sure the law of averages will hit this team with all their stars (they're on a massive high after getting all together), but that's pretty alarming.

Lakers look like trash, I wouln't be surprised if this Warriors team beat them without AD.

Nelly would be proud of how the Nets have been using Bruce Brown. 6'3'' center and he's actually been pretty effective as a roll/cut/garbage man.

The Phoenix Suns are waiving Damian Jones.

Jones appeared in 14 games this season with the Suns, averaging 6.7 minutes.

Jones was a first round pick in 2016 by the Golden State Warriors out of Vanderbilt.

gotta be his last rodeo over here, time to head overseas

Damian just never stepped up. The "next big man" was his for the taking. This is why I like Wiseman. He's raw, he's very raw, but he wants to make things happen and he's not afraid of doing something wrong. This is a guy who can potentially be an important offensive force. And he has the natural gifts for defense, if he wants to get there.

But, yeah. Hope Jones always wanted to see Greece.

Nets looking better and better with their defense fixed. Harden improves their rebounding which could be huge, and they have 2 non star players in the team to help on defense for one and drop 3s when open.

Don’t anybody ever mention Noah Vonleh coming to the Warriors ever again!

I see a headline in my newsfeed that Lakers sign a former first round draft pick and two-time champion with the dot dot dot leading to Damian Jones. Still got NBA life for 10 more days.

Can't defend, can't rebound.

But he can catch lob passes.

I'm sure Lebron can set him up for a couple of dunks but would they really prefer to play him instead of Gasol or Harrell?

Jeezus. Lamelo put on an absolute clinic against the Blazers in their loss. 30p 8a 6r 5-7 from 3pt and 2 TO.

Happy for Charlotte for finally landing another star for the city. Lamelo will attract players to play there.

He is a STUD. He’s already so good and it’s scary to think what his ceiling even his. 6’8 point guards don’t grow on trees. His brother (my favourite ball brother) has also been coming along recently. I love Lonzo but he lacks the fire that melo plays with, but seems like having his little bro lighting up the league has lit a little spark in zo as well.

I’m going to forever wonder what a lineup of steph melo and klay could’ve looked like.
