This game will mean nothing in May, but both teams wan't to prove a point. The Heat are tired of hearing about the Pacers, and the Pacers are tired of hearing about the Heat.

The Heat are the Champs and are until someone knocks them out of the playoffs.

So much stupidity in one post. Dunno where to begin..

What exactly is stupid about it. What did I say that wasn't true? Maybe instead of insulting me you should refute my statement. (If you even know what the word refute means)

Did you just try and use the "if you even know what that means" line on me?

Everything about your post is stupid. From the rule, over to "how the heat feel" are you the heat's team psychology? It's hard not to insult dumbasses like you, who come Into another teams forum and fill it with your babbling ****.

You don't see us doing that and this isn't the general basketball forum.

So be gone. ;)

So yeah, the Pacers were NOT 1 or 2 possessions away from the Finals, they were a massive blowout in game 7 from the Finals. Unless you want to also argue the Heat were a couple possessions away from ending the series in 6 games, and then it just starts getting stupid. EDIT: 5 games actually, with wins in games 1, 2, 3 and 5.

That said, Indiana's been awesome this year, much respect to them, Paul George is quickly making that leap to super stardom. Let's not suck.

Very good points.

The reality is for a team that's won absolutely nothing, they're really walking around as if they're the nba champs.

It's disrespectful, stupid, and takes arrogance to a whole different level.

I wouldn't call it an "unfair advantage" either considering Miami's overcome that blatant bias anyway on more than one occasion, but it's definitely something that's much more heavily enforced for the Pacers' benefit than any other team in the league. You can delude yourself and call it ridiculous all you want to but even if what you say is fact, Hibbert doesn't go straight up all the time and the officials choose to turn a blind eye to it. It is what it is though...

And by the way, the Heat have nothing to prove to anybody.

LeBron scoffs at Heat-Pacers as rivalry. Says meeting twice in playoffs isn't enough. Says Lakers-Celtics was a rivalry.

Lol pacers are that insecure, whining and thrashing at the ground for someone to give them attention lol

Considering that the Pacers are pretty much the only team that's gonna put up a fight in the EC playoffs this year we might as well consider them as rivals. :dontknow:

I did not know "horizontally" meant "verticality" lol.
The refs invented a new rule interpretation adjusting the eye to see a little bit more straight up instead of the horizontal beating Heat players were receiving from Hilbert.

The BS was so obvious a mute, deaf, blind man was screaming foul play.
Even Realgm GB was screaming foul play lol.

I'm sorry, I don't buy this "injury" to Beasley. I think he is out of the rotation.

Just transcribed my tape from this morning. Lance Stephenson referred to this as a "championship game" four times in 47 seconds.

LeBron: "I've been in this league long enough to know not to make too much of certain regular season games."

I hate to say it but I agree, he said he just "woke up" with that injury. I think that exchange between him and the assistant coach has something to do with him not playing.

I hope we are both wrong though!

That's definitely our attitude towards the regular season which is why it wouldn't surprise me if we get our asses kicked tonight. We don't bother to make statements in the regular season I guess

The politics in sports is very real.
I don't buy the Beasley injury either.

Sad part was Beasley was and has been one of the few Heaters playing with heart during the winning stretch.
