Tin foil hat time...We have assurances from the NBA that if we don't obviously tank like the other bottom teams they will reward us a top pick so they can say "tanking doesn't work".

Becuase we haven't actually committed to a full rebuild and tanked properly. By the looks of tonight, it looks like it will be another year of the same thing. Don't expect to stop being garbage anytime soon.
