Today wasn't his best day, 6-16, but 12 of his attempts were 3's. That's big for us and helps to spread the floor. Not to mention, his 16 points were equivalent to going 8-16 if he were only a 2pt shooter (like most of our guys).
Bullock and Morris are very nice pieces who can win games. Randle is also when he's under control and decides to play defense. Mitch can be big time. RJ is also coming along nicely. If we could somehow get NBA level guards on this roster, we'd be a lot better than we have showed this year... A LOT better.
I like what Frank brings, but Knicks are a really good PG away from being an easy PO team.
Just wish you could have 6 guys out there.
Bullock brings sharp shooting which is important. Especially when you have Randle down low.
Frank brings defense that's only found on the top contending teams.
Plus, having a driving PG who can either lob it to mitch or dish out to Bullock is essential
Frank would be fine backing up the good PG, bringing defense off the bench
Ideally he's a Marcus Smart type of player, where (assuming RJ stays at SG), he plays PG off the bench next to RJ when the PG sits, then when you sub out RJ, he moves over to SG next to the PG. Or you could play all 3 together by moving RJ to the SF
It's why I like him so much. He's very versatile if we use him right. Also why I really want a PG this draft
