The Suns with CP3 just execute at such a high level and don’t really have a weak link on the roster. Truly a situation where the sum is greater than the whole of the parts because of the machine they’ve built.

You build a winning culture by winning. A first round upset would be massive. Replacing Prince and Reid with size will really help next season as well. I hope the league takes a lesson from the Cavs and considers big ball.

Wow, the Pelicans are right behind the Lakers now, Laker may not even make the play in at this rate.

If Minnesota handles business against the Portland Trailblazers tomorrow, they will only be two games back of Denver (1.5, if Denver loses their game against New Orleans). On March 7th, Minnesota plays Portland and Denver plays Golden State, so there is a serious chance that Minnesota could be half a game back of the sixth seed that night.

I think if we can get these next four (POR, POR, OKC, ORL), we move into 6th place. Really want to avoid the play-in

Nuggs have Pels, Warriors, Kings, Warriors, Raptors, Sixers coming up.

Excited to see what happens, this Wolves teams knows the stakes, I don't think they'll be "too cool" against weaker opponents like they have been earlier in the season for some reason. You could tell there is an "all business" approach since all-star break with all the guys.

If you look at the injury report for Portland, they are missing so much talent. These next two games would be trap games except I don’t see enough actual talent to spring a trap. Assuming this roster is the one we face on Monday we need to win both by huge margins. As for the next OKC game if they don’t get some guys back by Wednesday I could see a repeat of last night. We really need to keep taking care of business against bad teams with huge roster issues.

Down 1 with 12 seconds left and Fox is fouled. Missed the first hit the second. Tie game. Of course he had to miss the potential game winning free throw :(

I have given up on catching Mavs...these guys just keep winning these close matches. Wolves best hope is catching Denver. They also have the tie-breaker over Denver due to better Division record

IT really seems like they shouldn't be but I have been doubting them all season and those dudes just keep getting W's. It's annoying but I respect them because damn, they never lose.

Griz move to 2nd Warriors to 3rd. Utah is 3 games back of GSW. GSW has tie breaker, but only 2-1 and they play again on April 2nd.

I just read those mother******** Warriors are resting Wiggins, Thompson, and Curry tomorrow against Denver. SMH, no help tomorrow.

Wolves go on like 2-3 4 game winning streaks in the last 5 weeks and we probably lost ground. These guys need to come back to earth. Stop hitting game winners etc

6 would be great.

But 7 seed vs Memphis isn’t a bad matchup.

Warriors dropping to 5 or 6 could happen if they don’t get Green back until the playoffs. Gonna be a crazy ride.

Missing key free throws down the stretch. Pels missed two key ones. Jokic to the line for 2 to tie.

Problem I have & I worry less about the matchup & just want to be certain that our young guys get the experience of a full 7-game playoff series. Is I don't believe, we can get the actual 7 seed...as long as Clips are 8. I'd like literally play anyone over the Clips. We just are simply such a bad match up vs them & in the play in...I just see no real chance beating them?

Pels chocked down the stretch. Missed 2 key free throws then let nuggets go on a 10 nothing run in OT.

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
