Would not mind giving him a look, can't hurt. Plus him and KD are tight.
"32"
its long been speculated his birth certificate was fake and he is significantly older.

Serge is probably late 30s at best.

I don’t know what other people call you. I can only go on what I read and our interactions. You sir, are a homer. Less about basketball knowledge and just love of a team. That’s cool. I don’t hate it.
In what way am I a homer? was I a homer when I said claxton was a g-league level player who would be packing groceries in a few months? Was I a homer when I had us winning 10 less games then the rest of the board in our preseason poll here? Was I a homer when i proposed 5 Harris trades in this very thread? Or when i proposed similar trades before he was injured?
Was I a homer when i trashed LMA? Was I a homer when i said Miami was the best team in the east after their offseason moves?
you have no clue what you are talking about

Now here’s the thing tho. You’re saying multiple players aren’t good and yet you constantly propose to not do anything. No trades and good forbid the TPE’s to replace the players you just said weren’t good.
It doesn’t make sense.
As for my trade proposals they aren’t flashy but to bring in more 3&D depth. I’m sure last night we all saw the impact of Bridges and even Kessler on the game.

Even when guys sit there’s no lack of defenders, gang rebounders and shooters for one of the Big3 if not multiple to play with. Even the lack of shooting from Bembry/Johnson/Blake is lessened as they move up in rotation because they are now the only non shooter on the floor. Anderson is more insurance than need but with a +30 core insurance was always a need in the regular season. I don’t see how you can argue against it. But yea it’s fanatic.

Because the Blazers are dumb enough to take on both Harris' and willing to lose on the trade.
76ers aint giving up Curry and Maxey.

They're swapping McCollum for Tobias. That's a significant win for them in my opinion.

They are good. I would still trade them. We aren't talking about useless trash. You dont just dump those guys thought unless you are going to get someone who helps. we have VERY FEW assets, we cant give up the ones we have for players who probably dont even crack the playoff rotation.
We have an insane tax multiplier for any salary we take on. If want to bring back Kyrie/Harden or bring back Kyrie and trade for Simmons we need to keep the total commitment within reason. I know Tsai has money and will spend but no owner is going to spend 40-50 million with the tax to bring in an end of the bench guy. if we use the TPE it has to be someone in the playoff rotation. And it is unlikely we find someone that good for just the TPE.As for my trade proposals they aren’t flashy but to bring in more 3&D depth. Dillon Brooks is not a 3 & D guy. he is shooting 32% on the year and 35% for his career. Defensively he is no better then someone like Bembry. He doesnt move the needle much at all and we lose Joe's shooting. If we trade Harris, which im not against, we need a reliable shooter in return.
Kuzma as well is a poor shooter. and grades out as a neutral to negative defender who fouls a ton. Neither Kuzma or Brooks is a 3 & D player... hell neither one is even a "3" player let alone 3 & D.
Bridges is awesome. He was a lotto pick, is 25 years old and is on a 4/90 million extension. We have 0 chance to get bridges. We really dont have the assets to get any 3 & D player. again... me, you, and everyone here would love a 3 and D guy. even a bench version. those guys arent out there. They are rare to begin with and all 30 teams covet them.Even when guys sit there’s no lack of defenders, gang rebounders and shooters for one of the Big3 if not multiple to play with. Brooks is not a shooter. Kuzma is not a shooter. Both are poor this year and below average for their careers. Kyle anderson barely even takes a three point shot and when he does, he is a poor three point shooter also.
Carter/Milsap/Blake are the same level as Brooks/Anderson/Kuzma. we arent getting upgrades to the guys we had to begin the year.
You want to give me a 38-40% shooter, we can talk trade. but dont talk to me about "3 & D" with some guys who are 33% shooters.

Any deal would likely be a 4 or 5 team trade.... especially with picks involved. I don't see the Nets taking Simmons, I think they would re-route him for a better fit.
The picks may actually be more valuable. KD/Kyrie are super liked, guys will want to play next to them. You re-route 3 or 4 picks and you could end up with someone like Mitchell who is rumored to hate gobert and want out.
Towns/Beal i dont love but either could probably be had for picks.
Maybe you look to break up the picks and give 2 for Grant and another 2 for Sabonis. Then re-route Simmons to the Kings. something like....
Nets out: Harden, Carter, Milsap
Nets in: Fox, Siakim, Sabonis, 2024 kings swap
Philly out: Simmons, 2022,2024,2026
Philly in: Harden, Milsap, Brown
Kings out: Fox, 2023, 2024 swap
Kings in: simmons
Pistons in: 2022, 2024, Carter, Brown
Pistons out: Jeremi Grant
Pacers in: 2023 (kings), 2026 (philly)
Pacers out: Sabonis
Fox | Kyrie | Grant | KD | Sabonis
Mills | Bembry | Harris | Kessler | Claxton
Thats a stud team
