Why didn't Kerr challenge that?
No way they can call that a foul upon review.

Any touch and they could say it was a foul

Blaming Jk for that foul is a bit rough. The entire game taught him that wasnt going to be called.

Kerr chose Podz over Hield to close, he deserved it.

I didn't see a foul anywhere. He reached across him and held the ball against Green's body. Should have been a jump. Dray may have been more guilty of a foul.
If Kerr had a challenge remaining, mind boggling as to why he didn't use it.

Re: Warriors @ Rockets : NBA Cup Quarterfinals
Man, this is disappointing. Kerr once again overthinking and outcoached. Why was Payton playing late? Why make the sub with Looney only to see him get beat right away? Why was Hield not in the game to spread the floor late? WTF was that play at the end?

Why didn't GP2 hold the ball for the tie-up?

Blaming jk for not diving on a loose ball first totally legitimate.

Were we out of timeouts? Because if not GP2 got possession there with 5 ticks left

In todays daily dose of Kerr stupid I’m trying to understand why we didn’t challenge and why PODZ was our closer

What’s weird is that hield has actually been good defensively.

Re: Warriors @ Rockets : NBA Cup Quarterfinals
1. BP gives up a 3 to Van Fleet
2. Draymond unforced error to JK
3. Curry shoots early for no reason
4. GP2 throws ball away
5. JK Foul
6. BP hits side of the backboard. Nice
Choke job by the entire team.
This team desperately needs a 2nd option / all star

Re: Warriors @ Rockets : NBA Cup Quarterfinals
I am not huge on Podz. Would rather Hield, Waters, Moody get that spot for outside shooting. Prefer GP2 over Podz, just think he's the better player.

Especially this game. I thought he did well on VanFleet and Green along with Waters most of the game. The Looney and Payton insertion late confused the hell out of me.
