Paolo and Franz doesn't fix that.

Weltman has work to do.

Yeah they do. In the team’s first 5 games before Paolo went down they were shooting 34% from 3.

That’s a 4% improvement that would have them ranked around 20th. Small sample size and still not great, but not this bad.

Stop it man lol.. yeah lets run our other guys into the ground, great thinking eyriq!!!

With the way we play defense, we have to run a deeper rotation than most

OKC does the same

Yep.

GSW plays like a 12 man rotation too, just need guys to play better. They're hitting wide open shots and we aren't. We're making dumb turnovers.

My goodness with the 22% in 3s. How are we so bad at these?

well sure, the looks will be a bit better but they're still sh** shooters.

Meanwhile, Sexton is 3-3 from deep after the 1st quarter...

Like i said in the Cole thread, for Cole to succeed he needs to be given full creative licence and the greenest of green lights to shoot, which we cant give him.

It’s worse than that. Even in the touches he gets where he has/takes creative license he can’t hold on to the ball, can’t beat his man, shorts his floaters, can’t hit a 3.

There must be something psychological behind it, like him feeling the pressure of legit competition and not being able to rise to the occasion, which compounds his insecurities.

This is due to “continuity” with roster decisions.

Sure the players needs to make 3s, but I think the biggest issue with our 3s not falling (and being worst in the league) is our offensive structure. Just always feels like we have no rhythm or concept on offense, even when we were healthy.

I would say it's due to injury mostly tbh. 2-3 of these guys were not in the lineup before them (although Goga obviously should and will be going forward).

But yeah, it's obvious that Cole/Jett/even TDS/AB are not going to be the best options right now if we want to compete/contend THIS season. Don't have to trade them all but I'm sure we will look to upgrade in the future.
