Wow, what a free kick by Szoboszlai. Finally some quality in this match.

Not going for it in the first half may have cost us the game eventually.
We were the better team and didn't take advantage.

Arteta shifted to a more controlling style of football the last two seasons and I think that brings us problems.

Far better second half for the Reds.

Agree with The_Brecht in that a better team would have punished Liverpool.

Regardless, first clean sheet of the season, and happened to come against the most likely title contender.

Complete lack of ambition and creativity from Arsenal today. Arteta was playing for the point and, instead, walked away with nothing.

From Peter Schmeichel:
I have never in my life EVER wanted a team to win a game of football more than Liverpool today. Arsenal bring an UGLY brand of football to our game!

Such a defensive lineup from Mikel man. Which is weird because we didn't even play defensive of some sorts and try and sit back. We literally tried to attack with the dullest midfield with plenty capable options on the bench lol. Just so easy for liverpool to deal with it , im not a fan of Merino at CM. Frustrating how late the subs were from us. Tough way to lose from a moment of insane quality from Dom. VVD and Konate were monsters, and kerkez grew strong into the game.

Only bright spots is Saliba should be fine , Mosquera is very good , and Calafiori is a really good player. You can see where Eze will help us , Martinelli was legit awful.

Oh AFTV, never change.

Julian stating Liverpool were lucky, yet didn't mention any of it in Arsenal's win over Manchester United.

I'm with Peter Schmeichel, it was disgusting how negative Arsenal was and to give away the ball on purpose to press Liverpool close to their own goal? I thought the point was to have the ball and create offence in possession. They have so many creative, offensive players on the bench and on the field but Arteta is controlling Arsenal to death.

So NF had a breakout season last year achieved way beyond expectations?

Did they spend a lot last month?

What were their expectations, top 4?

Did they spend like a top 4 club?

They were only promoted in 2022.

OK looks like Greek shipping magnate owner wants someone else, Big Ange, a fellow Greek.

Ange it is.
Seems like a drastic change, especially tactical approach...

The Greek owner had reputation as a joke but he just cemented his position as the new worst owner in PL.

It is criminal to fire a coach that worked miracles last season, he took a bottom half squad to top 3 position half the season and took Forest to Europe.

To replace him with a guy that took Tottenham a top 6 team to bottom 5 in PL, 25 losses is hilarious.

Yeah i still wouldn't forget almost breaking Spurs all-time record for losses in a season if i was a fan and because he won EL final against the 15th best team in PL. Feel bad for Forest fans, now they will become a brave offensive team who loses every other game.

Winning the EL was great but yes, our performances under Ange were unforgivably abysmal for around 18 months. It doesn't seem like a great tactical fit at Forest, either. We'll see how it goes.

Yeah i have never seen a worse Spurs team with some top level players playing relegation team level football for 18 months. In the 20 years I have been old enough to follow PL. For fans performances and hope for future is important specially when you have a top 6 level team with CL expectations. Hopefully Frank takes Spurs back up there. We can't have all the classic PL teams becoming a mess like West Ham or Everton.
