If you go back and watch that game or the extended highlights, the Blazers eventually just give up on trying to have a big out their to defend, go insanely small to spread the floor for Dame, and put RoCo on Joker.

It almost worked too. Near the end of the first OT when the game was tied, Nuggets put the Blazers into rotation on D and RoCo is inches from stealing a cross court pass to the corner to Rivers. He just couldn’t reach it and Rivers buried the three. They get that steal and I think they end up winning this game.

I remember this from when Lillard was in the draft and it was always wild to me.

Three Quarter Sprint 3.34
Standing Vert 34.5
Max Vert 39.5
Bench 13 Reps

Mystery player:
Height w/ Shoes 6'2.5
Standing Reach 8'2.5
Wingspan 6'8
Lane Agility 11.69
Three Quarter Sprint 3.05
Standing Vert 34.5
Max Vert 40
Bench 10 Reps

I see that the Todd Day “Milwaukee?” clip has been whitewashed from the Internet. We have come a long way. Still have the Monta Ellis advertisement though.

I had two problems with the trade that brought in Jrue. One was that I felt it left us shallow and without the means to fill out the bench. Turns out we didn't need much means as Horst plucked Bobby and PJ out of the ether.

The second thing though was that he was just the wrong kind of player for my vision, which was to have a true 2nd offensive fulcrum, somebody who made teams panic from the outside while Giannis did the same from the inside. So I'm happy to finally learn if I was wrong in all the ways.

Pessimists win?

Blame it all on my youth.

Just to get into this a bit more. Hes running pick and roll with the Center. On the Bucks that can be Giannis, with Lopez hanging out by the three point line, taking the other teams big out of the paint and MIddelton probably in the corner.

Or you can actually run that with Lopez and have him roll or pick and pop. And if they come to help off of that you have Giannis going downhill with people out of position. Man I cant wait to watch this.

Whos the best knockdown corner shooter we could get at some point this year?

Probably too soon to crack the joke, “At least he won’t be spending too much time with his family.”

I’ll show myself the door…

Hopefully he's good. College sweethearts with 3 kids & he's starting over right now. Kinda rough, but maybe it was coming regardless of anything career related.

Ha, looked at that same thing a few days ago, Luke Kennard shoots 49.4% on corner 3's.
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

I remember watching this as a casual fan and just being in awe of Dame. Never in a million years could I imagine him in a Milwaukee uniform.

Yeah from both a fan and human being perspective I hope all is good and it was a peaceful decision.

But they only for married two years ago and since then he seems to have changed his tune about loyalty and staying in Portland.

A request to specifically go to Miami makes a whole lot more sense knowing he’d be single. Just sayin’.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
