Not sure why we making excuses for Suns, Pels are without Zion man.

2015 Warriors played every round with injuries and I don't think their title is illegitimate

I’m not saying their run was illegitimate and I’m not saying the Suns aren’t good. I’m just saying that them reaching the finals last year had a lot to do with injuries so we can’t just assume they’re good enough to go right back to the finals

First off, they were injured too. CP3 was a shell of himself in the first round. Second, it’s unlikely they would have lost to Denver (who they swept) even if fully healthy, and remember that the same Clipper team fully healthy lost to Denver the year before so they weren’t exactly world beaters. But people should judge the Suns based on this year when they had multiple double digit win streaks and were destroying the league. That’s why they should be the favorites, not because they made the finals the year before.

I think the ideal scenario is getting a guard that can shoot, get Zion in his best shape since Duke and ideally slide CJ to the 6th man spot. BI/Zion/CJ is probably over kill on the offensive end and too many defensive question marks (even though BI has improved a lot). CJ can be the best 6th man in the game.

No way you having CJ as a 6th man, that's not going to go over well.

Terrible take. The suns have been outplayed all series, the refs gifted them game 3.

If you check the stats the Suns lost all the critical categories except for 2 point shots. They even fell for a CP3 rip through move that is clearly illegal. Not to talk of all the flops Crowder got away with

may be true, but I highly doubt CJ would accept a 6th man role

The Suns just stand out there shooting jumpers. Not sure how they're going to expect calls when never attacking the rim.

A bit? Are you high? It's been one sided ALL SERIES and tonight's officiating put the stamp on just how bad it's been. The league needs to get their house in order as this is the kind of stuff that makes Tim Donaghy a fixture in their history. This game stinks of it.

I think their best case scenario is Herb Jones developing his shot. I'd way rather have that guy on the floor with a better jump shot than some shooter who's whatever on defense.

I think Herb is locked in as a starter going forward, I don't think that is even up for debate anymore.

I’ve learned not to put too much weight into regular season performances and records. We’ll just have to wait and see. So far the Suns have got their hands full

They were going inside and still got nothing. Several plays where they got hammered and no call. Yet, on the NO side, someone looks at a player too hard and it's a damned foul.

This has been a damned joke. Seriously.

Lol the a bit part was a joke tonight’s game was bad but the first 3 I wouldn’t say was that bad.

But come on it’s the Pelicans I don’t care if Willy green and Zion are the officials the suns should be destroying them.

Ya that will never and should never happen. Zion replace Hayes in the starting lineup and they just bully teams all season with McCollum/Jones/Ingram/Zion/JV.

Ya'll won a championship playing against an injured Iggy and no KD, I mean lets play tit for tat here, you were lucky to win the finals.

Playing 1 round with injuries vs every round with injuries. Yeah a fantastic comparison man

Like I said, absolute terrible take, we dealt with Chris Paul's arm injury and Booker broken nose as well.

I'm sure that is going to be the starting lineup, but I don't think that will be their best lineup.

That's 3 guys that want the ball. One of BI or CJ will have to turn into primarily an off ball guy in that trio.

I'm sure the lineups that only has 2 offensive guys out there at one time will be the better lineups.
