So Jerami Grant wants to be the #1 option on offense…

You're welcome LeBron.

Tyler Herro is a TURD.
Bam is NOT elite but is getting better.
Fire Spoelstra!
Josh Heupel is coming for you.

This team could use someone with this type of mentality. Super Jimmy in the playoffs needs a Batman.

If Beverly wants to be here so badly, he can have Minny buy out that final year.

And that fat kid on the pony is trying way too damn hard. Another Five Guys Burgers & Fries blowhard.

This is just a 5 reasons guy who knows how to work heat twitter. Right now Mitchell rumors get everyone all warm and fuzzy so you’ll continue to see the content creators pumping that. Utah with Ainge in that front office is not trading Mitchell to the Heat.

You do what you gotta for a chip. If the devil was a hooper and could guarantee us a ring, I'd sign him up. lol

lebron does not guarantee us a ring though... Lebron is a shell of himself, old and washedd.... believe that if lebron could guarantee anyone a ring, riley would have traded for him alrdy.... that is a fact...what lebron does guarantee us is the never ending drama that he will bring, loss of assets, and more problems within the FO.... Ya, keep dreaming.... but i hope this dude never sees a heat uniform ever again.... Instead i hope the heat OPT to trade for kyrie/Mitchell and let jimmy continue to lead us.

There are no guarantees. But if we are getting Lebron without giving up Bam, Butler and out depth, that team is winning a chip if Lebron can stay healthy. In the playoffs he would still be this teams best player. He still one of the most skilled offensive players in the game right now. He is vastly better than Kyrie or Mitchell or Lavine or Beal right now. You can't hate on him for leaving but if you are objective I don't think you can argue that.
But I don't see him leaving LA till his son gets drafted and he'll move to that team that drafts him.

He’s good, MWP, but keep in mind the Pistons are an awful ball club and need somebody to get buckets. Grant has been less efficient than Herro these past 2 years while he’s been putting numbers up in Detroit. Yes, he’s a much better defender, but I’d be mindful of how much I pay up.

Nah he doesn't have the skills to be Robin let alone Batman. He's more like Alfred. Part of winning is knowing your role. And if you running a significant part of your offense through Grant then you are not winning much. I'd like us to trade for him but he has to understand that Butler and Bam are no 1 and 2 options.

I don’t think Duncan and two first is enough. I see plenty of teams beating that offer. Seen rumors of the Hawks possibly offering DeAndre Hunter and the Blazers dangling the 7th pick. Look around the NBA, not many 4’s with Grant’s scoring skillset and defense.

That’s why I’d be looking at PJ Washington. Cheaper to acquire and offers a lot of what we’d want Grant to do, on a cheaper future contract.

Yurtseven and #27 for Washington and #45?

Could get Justin Lewis at 45 based on current mocks.

Doesn’t cure what totally ails us, but another name to keep an eye on might be Bojan Bogdanovic. If they truly want to change the mix up in Utah, Bogdanovic would be a handy stretch 4 option, offensively Atleast. Has averaged 20, 17 and 18 ppg the past 3 years. 2.6 treys on 38.7% from 3.

Could be a nice yin/yang with Tucker depending on what the game requires.

Not to enamored with PJ Washington but for the price tag and what it will take to get he is problably one of our easier upgrades.

what? im not hating on him for leaving, im one of the few that was actually glad he left.... lol, sorry but if you havent noticed, not everyone around here is a lebron stan. Not only does landing him not guarantee anything but he would decimate our future... and when riles says no to drafting bronny, he will cry a fit and cause alot of problems for us. Becareful wat u wish for, it may happen and you may not like the outcome. Hope the heat are smart to stay away and steer clear of anything Lebron.

No it won't decimate our future. The thing about Lebron trade it would cost less than other trades because he's 37, he has one year left and won't extend with any team past 2 years. So he can decide where he goes. So you can get him for Herro + fillers, or even keep Herro out of it and do 2 1st rounders + filers.
And secondly on the Bronny thing. Its not a secret he wants to play with his son. Everyone knows he won't exend his contract past 2 years. So you are looking at a 2-3 year run with Lowry and Butler. And there will be no expectations Heat will draft Bronny. Lebron can just leave as a FA and go play with his son and retire.
The downsides are pretty low here unless you consider Herro a perennial allstar talent, which judging from the playoff performance he isn't. I am Herro fan, I hope he can turn it around and be that guy but I have to evaluate him from what I've seen. And if it costs Herro for Lebron for 2-3 years its a no brainer. No thinking required
