Luka IS the Mavs offense. And the Mavs simply >do not< win without him. You can't say that for all the guys ahead of him! He plays with a bad coach, and his next best players are Kyrie Irving, who's out half the season, and a rookie in Dereck Lively, who's also out a lot. The Mavs should not have a winning record. But they do, because they have the MVP!!! Hello!??
SGA is the more efficient scorer and better defender this season.
SGA defense and edge in efficiency doesn't close the gap in playmaking, load (due to heavy injuries) and Luka being by far the most doubled teamed player in the league.
