I mean Miami as a team only got to 87 against the Magic on Sunday....

He was great up until the 4th Q...then he just played really selfish and kept forcing the issue over and over again without looking to pass at all. I mean it was plain to see, he hijacked the offense and made them easy to defend and they lost because of it.

I didn't see the game, but getting 60 against any NBA team is obscene even in this day and age of basketball.

Oh ya for sure he was going off....but I think he scored his last points at like 10 min left in the 4th. Then he became obsessed with like trying to hit as many as he could going for 80 or something in his head haha. He never scored again and went 0-8 and drove right into doubles leading to multiple turnovers. Like he just put his head down and tried to score every possession without passing. It was just a bad look and he literally got benched for it briefly. He had a monster game, just really made a mess of the end of it and they blew a lead and lost haha.

Given his injuries, his contract, and the overlap with Rozier, I would trade Herro and I'd be targeting Kelly Olynyk, THT, and a first round pick

Jesus Christ man, what is this wired attraction to THT?!?! He's trash....Kelly is a nice 3rd big that gets played off the floor when you need defense from your bigs...

Some of you are really selling Herro low.....

Exactly this^

So in any future trade we only have 2 FRP's to trade for a whale, but I expect this move to last through Jimmy's life span, so nothing is wasted, wish they would have pulled the trigger earlier in Jimmys window.

Let's just agree that peak Bam will hover between top 20-30 player in the league until he develops a consistent three-point shot. And unless he gets a ring, probably won't qualify for the HOF.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Very skeptical that Boston is better in the playoff game than last year.

**Checks Kristaps Porzingis playoff resume**

2020 (3 games): 23 ppg; 9 rpg; injured and couldn't play in half the series; team lost the series
2021 (7 games): 13 ppg; 5 rpg; team lost the series

Different Years, Different experiences, Different teams, Different Roles, I wouldn't put much stock in his previous productions as he was used incorrectly with bad organizations. I expect a much better, more efficient version of Kristap as long as he is healthy.

Of course different roles/teams. Same player tho and same playoff dynamics that compel a game where every inch of the court is played in space. Same strain on a 7’3 Gumby that isn’t built to play that space game. That’s the whole deal

Well, Miami addressed their need for a vet scorer at a position of need, they're a much stronger team now and for the next few years. I do wonder what the next move is.

I don't think he needs a 3-point shot. IMO, to take the next step, he'd just need to get closer to 25ppg guy and be someone Miami could go to on offense and get buckets. I don't think he'll take that step offensively, but I love that he's been so much more aggressive this year.

He is surrounded by 4 offensive/defensive 2 way players, completely different to expect the individual to perform the same. He is having one of his most efficient and best seasons. He is like the 3rd/fourth option on the team on most nights its just not the same.

You can’t sign Caleb next year plain and simple. You either trade him for a similar expiring which kinda makes no sense or you trade Duncan for expiring’s and have the flexibility to decide what you want to do.

They also got Jrue. Like it or not they are better. Their record shows they are better as well. They were also on a 25+ home win streak. Sometimes we have to put away the homer glasses and acknowledge the competition

I acknowledge them but I’m not scared of them. They could beat Miami in a series. They were better 2 seasons ago than last season or this season imo.

I’m very skeptical that their Porzingis build is the best playoff team they’ve had in the past few years

Herro for D Murray  Then sign Hayward and Tucker when they're bought out.

Bam / Bryant
Tucker / Love / Jovic
Butler / Hayward / Martin
Rozier / Robinson
Murray / Richardson
