I hope whoever is advocating not this gets it out of their head. For one thing, why would Wade come here? Secondly, using him would not elevate the Bucks into the playoffs and would take playing time and shots away from developing players. Anyone wanting Wade...please stop.
Who is Wade taking playing time away from? According to my calculations, OJ Mayo is the only natural SG sitting on the roster. If u ask me anyone not wanting Wade is ridiculous. Especially if ur going to use ridiculous reasons like Wade is going to take away PT from Mayo and Brandon Knight, really?
Anyone thinking Wade will help with a playoff run is wrong, he's done in terms of moving any needle, which makes it all the better to bring him in. The fame and notoriety plus not adding extra wins makes this a steal. This is an easy sell to the public and keeps the course for a decent shot in the lottery. What's really not to like about it?
Cleveland Chicago and Indiana already are going to be loaded with all the star power in the East. It's a wrap for the rest of the conference if all this goes down as being said. There's no reason to be good. Let Toronto, Brooklyn, Washington, Charlotte fight for the scrap pieces. We should be focused on Giannis and Jabari and not much else right now. Kidd and Wade can keep the media buzzing about us while we stink the next 2/3 seasons.
RIP Kobe Forever. GOAT 8-24. Long Live Giannis
