Yea, it was a grab and go rebound where he went end to end and attacked the first line of transition defense but missed shot. He is more skilled than a basic 3-D guy that can't dribble.

That was a nice assisted dunk by Birch, CoJo put it on the money.

Birch shot a three this game...not pretty - broke backboard, but maybe he's working on trying to add that shot to his game.

His weight and energy will have a huge impact on his energy and endurance. Plus, the less he's focused on his fatigue, the more focused he can be on his game.

I agree , I just don’t think Bamba is “swole” but also think it doesn’t make a difference . His issues were more about awareness and energy not strength . I mean Durant is skinny as hell but he is still a great defender and rebounder .
