There is a key factor to consider in any major moves. The more you bring in new pieces and ship out longterm teammates, the more Giannis loses personal connections to this franchise. So if those big swings miss, Giannis could feel more easily detached from the team and recognize that there's no value in loyalty to Milwaukee.

That chemistry matters. Would it stop me if I could add Damian Lillard? No. But Chris Paul? Yeah.

Sure Bledsoe is a better defender and Paul is an **** but unfortunately Bledsoe isn't reliable when the pressure is on.I think putting your faith in Bledsoe at this point is foolish and i would prefer not to.
I don't even care about Paul, just turn Bledsoe into a similar level player that can actually perform in the playoffs like say,Holiday.

Don’t worry Paul isn’t very reliable either

It's not supposed to be funny. The Bucks are built around Giannis and good players in Buds system. Khris is just a good player in the system. He is replaceable. The only player on the team that isn't replaceable is Giannis.

CP3 brings bad energy, not to mention is a douche that doesn't deserve a ring.

Khris is someone you could possibly flip for a want-away star. Masai flipped a worse player in derozan. I'm holding out for towns (if the reports are true). Preferably i want a guard but lillard is too loyal, whilst beal seems content for now.

Towns is the guy I want to see what happens with. Logically a Middleton for Towns trade makes no sense, but teams don't operate within the realm of logic sometimes.

Covington for Bledsoe should work. Minny desperately need a PG and seems like they are trying to win, clears any concern of Bledsoe going to the Lakers.

Paul and some of that pick stockpile for Middleton. (CBF looking up what those picks are but there's enough of them for anyone's taste)

Paul/Hill
Wes/Donte
RoCo/Korver
Giannis/Ersan
Lopi

It's a bit low on shot creators I guess. Clears out all non-Giannis salary other than Brook in 2022 leaving a lot of room for a post-Paul re-tool with some picks to play with to go with salary space.

I was thinking CP to Minne actually makes some sense, and no idea if Hayward has regained his trade value but I was trying to figure out a way to send those two to Min, Covington to us, Teague, Dieng to OKC but it was getting nutty.

Yeah was just a thought exercise. **** near impossible to do a Paul trade with his salary.

So how long until Sterling is traded?

Exactly. Derozan for kawhi didn't make sense either and whilst i don't know what other offers they had, i know they didn't want to trade kawhi to a western rival. We have that going for us. Also wolves were interested in khris not too long ago in exchange for butler.

In a hypothetical world Minnesota makes a ton of sense if we needed to bring in a 3rd team for Bledsoe. Should also be included in Jrue Holiday fantasy trades.

I know Towns is a monster and this might be asinine but you'd be taking a big leap of faith that Bud could make it work defensively. Towns is truly awful on that end.

I'd trust Towns with some proper motivation could be a good defender. The physical attributes are there.

My problem with Towns is that he takes minutes from Brook, who's probably our most important defender. Certainly possible that, if you could somehow swing a Middleton trade, you could run out a Bledsoe/Wes/Giannis/Towns/Brook lineup. Still, don't believe there's any way that Towns would be traded for at least 3 years.

What's foolish about betting on an All-NBA defender who took strides on the way to the ECF last year? He's only been the starting PG on a winning team in Milwaukee. Are you aware of the reasons Bledsoe falters under pressure, could it be some serious anxiety from life experience? Something that can be overcome. It's been alluded to.

My faith is strongly with Giannis & Budenholzer uplifting players to levels they're capable of reaching. Eric is going to take another step in these playoffs, provided he's here & healthy.
