You get that sweet 15-20 mins of sleep then all of a sudden the alarm goes off. You wake up, not rested at all.

You probably have some anxiety washing over you as you want to lay back down and feel the sweet embrace of sleep again, but then your brain reminds you that you're a responsible adult with people relying on you and bills to pay.

You sigh, and get up to begin the day.
