I like Nando De Colo, but he hasn't proven to be a dependable backup point guard in the league yet. To put it in contrast, De Colo has been posting the declining version of Luke Ridnour numbers over his last couple of stints, and he's no spring chicken at 26 years old

I would be upset if De Colo was our priority at immediate backup PG, maybe 3rd string

I think he might be referring to some posters saying that the only people who should come in and start over MKG are Carmelo and Lebron, which is amusing.

The MKG love-dome provides entertainment for the whole family.

Almost as much as the Zeller love bubble does. I would call it a dome but I think you have to do something well to earn a dome.

The Pacers think they got it all map out with this buffoonery, huh?

MKG is a top 20 SF (19th) in the NBA in terms of "Real Plus/Minus" and that is with him missing 20 games

MKG is #22 among SF's in wins above replacement also with him missing 20 games

His defensive real plus/minus is 6th among SF's

Sounds kind of odd, but whatever works for them I guess. At the end of the day its his first big contract, and money talks. His agent would be doing him a massive disservice if he advised him or let Lance take a discounted contract to stay in Indy

MKG benefits from matchups, clifford's coaching and Clifford's team defense. He also gets big minutes on Charlotte's first units with Walker + Big Al playing inside/out basketball.

No top 10 defense with the MKG gun.

If you ignore context. Clifford's team defense system was in it's infancy timed with when MKG went out. The defense improved as the year progressed.

Even if that made sense it does not explain the hit the defense took every time he went to the bench. We were worse as a team with him of the bench. We barely scored more and gave up a lot more. Unlike Zeller or Henderson who we did better with while they were on the bench. Sure you have to score to win but if you score 7 and hold the other guy to 5 you still win. Scoring 10 and giving up 13 is not a good deal.

His agent would be doing him a disservice by even allowing him to re-sign with the Pacers 'point blank period' when he isn't liked among teammates that slander his name to the media, and Vogels' lack of offensive variables has to be discerning to a certain extent if he ever plan to really breakout

Now I have to look up who his agent is...

Ok so it's adjusted for covariants. But 19th SF. There are 30 starting SF in the league, so 19th places him in the bottom third.

Or Clifford's defense and coaching enjoy the attributes of MKG. I think I am mostly right here since his defense took major hits when MKG was hurt or on the bench.

Lol at Miami Big 3 giving Riley a window to improve roster or else. They want mafioso to work more magic than getting Ray Allen to take a 3 mil per year pay cut, Oden on a pay cut than what he coulda got from NOP, and Beasley on the minimum. Not to mention Haslem, Battier, and everybody taking less just to play in Miami. It's almost ludicrous. Lol. Get out there Riley and find more players willing to take pay cuts. Lol smh.

Exactly, he'd be cheap. Sign him, some over the hill scrub and let them duke it out. There aren't really any PGs worth throwing much money at. Our 2nd unit is going to take a hit whenever Kemba goes to the bench anyway. Vasquez, Livingston, Sessions, Nelson, etc, they're all sub-par at running a team anyway.

There are a ton of fake retweets out there about us signing players. I almost fell for one that I thought was from Woj saying Monroe signed with us for 60 million over 4 years. I about had a stroke.

Vasquez is actually quite good, superior to De Colo, and isn't over-the-hill

Don't see how Rockets can go after Lowry, Carmelo, Lebron and whomever else and reasonably think they can keep Parsons.
