Ralph and I are friends off this board we discussed starting a twitter page to filter rumors through . In the end he decided not to because he wouldnt want to put his source in jeopardy .Things travel fast on twitter and it wouldnt be worth the possible trouble. All Rumors will be posted here and only here .

No offense, but it kind of looks like you're using his locker as a toilet.

In regards to the Detroit stuff pretty much what I have on Page 1 from Chad Ford is what I've heard. They weren't really in to talking specifics in regards with Detroit, but I was able to at least confirm that all of Detroit roster is up for trade and the 8th pick as well with a long contract being tagged with it.

I would do the OKC deal, and if we get into the top 12, I'd prolly still want Marshon Brooks.

Just added you to twitter. Send me email through there and I'll add you to my email list

You can add me to that list as well if you feel I'm worthy Ralph. @jvaughn01

The #8 IMO would be available b/c it's a weak draft. The thing is -- getting BG or Rip would mean Korver has to go. His shooting is critical. Unless we got BG in return, IMO we lose this via fit, unless we do the proposed Morrow trade. IMO having Rip/BG, Morrow, and Brewer (assuming it's Korver and unguaranteeds) restocks this team completely. The issue becomes minutes.

Have you heard if Detroit's just wants expirings back for the 8 pick and the large contract or if they want to get some valuable players back from it?

.........nah just kidding. Perfectly understandable. Seems like it would've been a lot of work for you having to do all that when you're really just helping us. I'll stick to the Rumor thread. Thanks for the info Ralph.

Thanks for the info, Ralph. Always fun to speculate. Except when the speculation involves the roster of the Wizards! :D

A little info involving the Yahoo report from earlier. We've talked to teams in the 8-15 range but didn't say which teams in that range or what we would offer to get there.

They believe our list is Burks, Brooks, Jimmer and Klay in that order but not 100% sure on that but that's what they think. Sorry it's nothing groundbreaking and pretty much what the Yahoo report said but thought I'd still share it.

Also as a side note I know the Knicks called us and offered the 17th pick for Gibson. Heard that a few weeks back.

Keep up the good work Ralph...
And yeah....I would avoid Twitter....and I hope no one else is tweeting this stuff. Ralph's source should be protected.

On a side note...could that Detroit deal be the #8 and Rip? (Instead of BG?)

Would people here do THAT deal?

If Bulls are trying to move into the lottery the Charlotte pick has to be involved, or the Bulls will be taking on a bad contract, possibly both.

Me? Maybe - but only if we had the trade to bring Morrow in. Korver is a great fit for our biggest need. Gordon would make the Korver loss negligible. Rip: It'd be evident (stretching the court). I'd prefer BG due to 3pt shooting.

Korver, unguaranteeds for BG and #8 is a steal IMO. Robbery. Cap space doesn't matter much to us anymore (as fans). Granted, the CBA could change all this if there is a hard cap. I just can't see there being a hard cap, unless it's $80 million.

I think that's a horrible deal to be honest.

This is made up and not rumor right?

IT'S NOT A RUMOR!

But even if there is a hard cap, it would come with an amnesty provision and a few years of phase-in. I do not think we would be affected by it any time soon. At worst we might have to amnesty Boozer's last year (or Gordon's if we get him via trade).
