lol calm down dude
Flip - Nice to see you here. I'll definitely be following Charlotte this year too.
I'm a Hornets fan. I enjoy watching that team. Lin's gone from it, and I'll miss him there, but that team is still one that I'll root for strong. I think Lin will get a huge ovation when he goes back and that fans cheer him on as long as he doesn't get too crazy.
I agree with the poster that would like to push Atkinson as a development coach and not have Lin marketed so strongly (some Lin is OK, but not too much). Lin and B. Lopez (seriously not into the BrookLin stuff), are the veterans along with some 2nd team players like Vazquez and Foye. And, I just hope they are competitive. It's hard to predict wins. Maybe 3 or 4 point losses are frustrating and still L's, but it is better than just being total outclassed by most competition. And it would be nice to look good or occasionally beat some of the top competition some games as well.
I'm a basketball fan. New York born and raised and rooted for the Knicks many years but also rooted for the J-Kidd/Jefferson NJ Nets teams when they had their run. I'm in some ways nomadic but I've been watching basketball for decades. Lin is one of my favorites of the current crop, his story is a little different, I think he's far from a finished product, and he's exciting to watch and makes all of his team exciting to watch when he gets it going. But he's number 7 on the court, some things he does well, others not so well. Sometimes he plays mostly well, other times well below what he's capable of.
