Oshkosh can't handle all that world wide attention in one hit, need to let this one leak out slowly.

Those 2 games are at the bmo. The Oshkosh opener is Dec 1st.

That's extra weird.

The team also will play its second and third home games at the Bradley Center. However, those games will be closed to the public because of the costs involved with opening the building for fans, he said.

That's the part I think is weird. Like you game 1 available to fans Nov 17th friday night at BMO, but game 2 (saturday night) Nov 18th is closed so is game 3 Nov28th Tuesday night @ BMO.

The arena is not ready, so the first 3 games are in Milwaukee, but only the FIRST game is open to the public. I find it weird they would not allow public to game 2, Saturday night. It's a saturday night, could be an opportunity to bring in families and kids. Have face painting, free tshirts, and some promotional stuff.

You could cut down costs, by only selling tickets to the lower bowl and only having 1 or 2 exits available. I just think it's a wasted opportunity to show the public a brand new Wisconsin based pro team.

People who work at the BC probably think the same thing you do. They weren't expecting an event that day and made plans with their friends/family and getting enough staff to open the building to the public wasn't feasible.

The owners have the money to make anything feasible, it's really not asking that much. Give the option for time and a half and make it work. Or play the game in the practice facility & set up seating like they do in LA. It just feels like a slap dick operation so far.

True, you'd think so, but anytime i hear the word owners and have enough money i just think of Patrick McCaw.

It's a who gives a **** D-League game. If I'm an owner I'm not desperate to give money to open up an arena for something that nobody is really going to give a **** about.

Aren't you a Milwaukee Admirals fan? Enough people care. It's a bad optics for the beginning of a franchise.

Go around Milwaukee and ask how many people know the Bucks put their minor league team in Oshkosh. Then ask them if they know know their first three games are at the Bradley Center. Then ask them if they care. How many people do you think will say yes to to all three questions?

In a pool of 500 randomly selected perps, I'm going to go with 37. That's my final answer.

I was just at a wedding in Milwaukee last weekend & talked Herd with a couple of complete stranger diehard fans. Swear on Michael Ruffin's mouthguard. Even if that was an insane outlier, it's still bad optics. People who already bought tickets are tweeting at the Herd account asking if they're getting refunds, confused about what the situation is. Just seems like a mess of a way to start/grow a team.

I went to wave games and Admirals games. Not all the time but once in a great while. I also went to Arena League Game Milwaukee Mustangs if that's what they were called, can't barely remember. I may have been curious enough to check a pro bball team's opening weekend. Especially if they had done some kind of promotions as a new expansion team.

I went to the BC I think when the Panthers played there? I remember 800 in attendance felt like 50 in that giant arena.

I think they could have done something.

Which is probably why they aren't opening it up to the public, at least right now. They probably want to make sure their season ticket holders and people who had tickets to the games either get their money back, make accommodations for them to get to the game in Milwaukee, get some type of concession card/merchandise discount to use at the arena in Oshkosh when it opens.

Considering they have two weeks to work out agreements with 1,100 season ticket holders (plus all non-season ticket holders who bought tickets to the games.) I'm sure not pissing them off is the top priority. Not opening up the Bradley Center for the 500 people in Milwaukee that give a ****.

Get him in the roster!

He's available for 45 days on his two way deal. I assume we could potentially cut Liggins and sign him to a main roster deal at some point or pending some trades down the line. I also assume waiving Vaughn may be an option down the road.

I am far from a cap expert (so i can be ruled out as Horst) though so i don't know the implications of all this with the cap.

There's plenty of room on the Bolomboy Bandwagon, hop on, I'll keep the engine running.

Luke Kennard (12th overall) & Henry Ellenson (18th) started today for the Piston's affiliate Grand Rapids Drive. Kennard even played 10 NBA minutes against the Kings last night. We should have zero hesitation to familiarize Thon, DJ Wilson & Sterling Brown with Oshkosh/closed to public Bradley Center.
