We aren't a good team and we got our best players out with injury. Cant expect to win games like that home or away.

I'd much rather be where we are than where we were 2 years ago. I think it's pretty easy to build bottom feeding playoff team when you're one of the highest paid teams in the league. We're moving in the right direction now.

I don't necessarily disagree, but my complaint is that Weltman and Hammond waited 4 years to do this instead of doing it immediately. Did it take them that long to realize the prior roster had a low ceiling? This team has a .380 winning percentage since WeltHam took over, and they are in Year 5. How many GMs in the NBA get that many years to *not* build a contender, and start tanking halfway through Year 4 of their tenure?

No disagreement on that. I was asking for years why we fired Hennigan if we were just going to keep his core for 3+ years.

That's stupid!
You can't have 3 rookies! How is a 3rd rookie supposed to develop?? 1000% better to sell the pick and keep rostering guys like M. Wagner, Iggy and Mulder

Never mind that the last 2 teams to win a championship were apparently shallow enough that they bought our 2nd rounders off of us definitely wouldn't of been any use to use!

The injuries, players playing out of place and lack of depth is really hurting this team.

Given our track record and extraordinary 'Magic' lottery luck, I say don't get your hopes up. We are probably going to end picking 3rd or 4th, one pick outside of the top players. :banghead:

The saddest part of this season is not knowing what this roster is capable of fully healthy.
Aaron Gordon, Devin Booker, Tyrese Halliburton, Trae Young, Anthony Edwards and Luka Doncic all made the Conference Finals.

Where’s Joel Embiid?

I get that the game is dead when we bring our end of bench guys on but it would be cool to run an offence since we want Okeke and Hampton to develop into proper players.

How hard is it to be like "forget the score, these are some of the few minutes you guys get, let's run everything as though it's a close game and see what you have".

Instead, we just do one pass and then a three or we have someone drive into a crowded key and throw up trash. That's not helping these guys long term.

Can we make it to 30 games below 500 by the end of the year?

This is why I haven't attended games in person for years. The product is so trash what's the point on paying good money to see trash.

On pace for a 17 win season...it was pretty obvious early on this team is really bad. This is potentially the worst team in franchise history, we got lucky there winning a couple of games.

Yup. I'm captain tank and you didn't hear a peep from me about our early wins. I know where we're headed

This is complicated by injuries but if it were me, I would go so far as to take end of bench guys out and replace them with starters if they're not willing to play correctly.

The plus side would be that guys like Mulder and Brazdeikis could win additional minutes simply by being willing to run our handoff, screen, drive gameplan.

The other plus side is they'd be able to show they can play within an offence, or, rather, they can prove they're capable role players. They'll get nowhere showing they can cook guys off the dribble because once they get serious minutes, they'll be role players.

I'll stop ranting now.

Hey, this team with one more lottery pick? Hell yes. If they get it right, we’ll be in really good shape.

definitely. I mean, lets not use that lakeland team for any draft picks.

I took my family tonight and it was pretty bad. I went with cheap seats and my wife was terrified of being so high up, and one of my kids hates loud noises and I forgot to bring earmuffs for him. Not to mention the terrible product on the court.

I enjoy the games more when it’s just my wife and we’re on the club level with a few drinks!
