Meh when the Knicks are competing for a championship this discussion becomes non existent lol

Fans have really got on our high horse with our prospects lately. Literally scoffing at the idea of trading for superstars as if our assets are enough to acquire one in th first place. Let’s bring up those posts when burke was going on his all star mid range jump shot binge and he was the PG of the future. those were fun.

Please find those posts. Because I said multiple times he can be the pg of the future “IF” if he continued his stellar play into this season. Of course he didn’t so there’s your answer.

And let’s not forget when you was schitting on Mitch a couple weeks ago. I told yo ass to be patient with him but nah you ain’t got time for that. “I don’t care if he’s a rookie or not” FOH. But now you wanna be all over the Mitch bandwagon since he’s balling. You a fraud

At the end of the day bro I think we all want the same thing we just have different ways of going about it lol.wont lie it would hurt giving up Mitch for AD but if it’s for the potential of a big 3 in NY I’d do but yo we’d have to be the favs in the east with that team right ?

Lmaooo that’s actually an even better example. I remember when it was a lock vonleh was gonna get 10 mill plus in FA so we had to trade him because we couldn’t afford to resign him.

come trade deadline and now nobody wants his bum ass and he’s barely even starting anymore. WE gas our prospects like crazy and have the nerve to turn our nose at legit nba superstars. this has been my whole damn point.

Lol. That is one possibility. Most likely, he just wanted to play with those guys in GS and win a bit first. That was a hell of an opportunity.

I always felt the #1 objective of the Phil regime was to land KD. Which, obviously, failed. They've been courting him for a good long while.

no you won’t.

It was in a game thread. You was crying about how hes always in foul trouble and I told you I would be worried if he was doing that in his 3rd season. You told me you didn’t care if this was his first NBA game.

You forgot?

Just got to laugh @ the gasing and just know that somewhat sensical people are running the NYK and they’d trade these “projects” for legit superstars in a heartbeat.

KD also set up investments and made key connections in the tech world in the bay. being a warrior had a LOT of positives for KD, winning aside.

Ya we should be the favs in the east if they can stay healthy. I see both sides of this situation. So if it happens, I’ll just hope for the best

Yeah, could you really blame KD for going to GS? If GS owner is legit and will pay close to half a billion in salary + tax and they keep everyone, could really be looking @ at least another 3-4 chips in GS. So most importantly, could you really blame KD for staying there this summer?

Despite the PJax hate here, it makes sense. KD is best player in the league now and his game will age very well. Seeing that potential couldn’t have been too hard for PJax years ago.

Barring injury, KD, Kyrie, AD & DJ are favorites in the entire league by a big margin.

My common sense-ometer would have him staying in GS but it really seems like he's coming here. I guessssss I'll take him.

If we landed the anywhere outside of 1 in the lottery what would the offer to AD look like?
