ATL - PG13 to Thunder

Post#1821 » by SirChurros » Sat Jul 1, 2017 9:50 pm

Half of Philly's roster hasn't even played an NBA game or a full season and everyone is blowing their load.

It's just as possible that guys like Simmons and Fultz are duds.

Let me know when they do anything worth getting excited about.

I would just like to mention that korkmaz and bolden were my favourite picks the last 2 drafts. Thanks Phili!

How many free agents have to turn down Phoenix before they realize that they aren't a premier destination?

If we're not going to give up any assets to dump our trash, which I assume we won't, I hope that New Orleans can unload Asik and Hill on them.

So, will philly actually try to win next year?
If so, will their players remember how?

Reminder that the Bucks have had one season over .500 and overall are 66 games under .500 overall since the process started. Their two best seasons have come off 15 and 33 wins.

We should just have an OT Milwaukee 76ers fan thread.

Yep. Baffles me when Bucks fans condescend toward Philly and their fans. As if we have done anything worth noting this century other than 1 ECF appearance and getting lucky that no one took Giannis before pick 15.

I'm pretty cool with the "let's see them play" talk but completely dismissing their talent with lines like "let's see something to get excited about first" or the idea that teams in the NBA have to "learn" to win 40 games is hilarious to me.

Over the years, it's become apparent that Charlotte really loves our crap.

I have no problem with people saying they got some good talent on their team. But rather when people act that it's a forgone conclusion they'll come near fulfilling said talent

Hate the signings if I'm a Philly fan. It's all downhill from here for JJ. If they get good enough to contend he'll be way past his prime. Why not sign young guys coming off their rookie deals with upside? I like it for us because they likely won't pick as high in the lottery next year.

It's a one year deal...

The kind of thing we should have been doing

I'm guessing a few of those 'Hinkie sucks' guys from before jump out of the closet with Sixer jerseys on. They may never win anything, but their fanbase is pumped and they have an exciting unknown future. That's all the vision was about. Give their fans hope to dream bigger and load up on talent at the top of the draft where All Stars and HOFs are found. Bluntly, any critic of it was clueless and thick. 8-)

Look at all their flexibility and assets. Colangelo is doing well with these 1 years.
Go Bucks!
