He was treated well by the Bulls. I can’t really see how they treated him like trash.

I agree that the Bulls treated him well and I hope I'm just misreading his tweet.

I'm not a Russ fan, but sometimes you gotta just say, "Damn that was good." He went 35/14/21 today. Now that is a triple double. The Wiz won, too.

Yeah I didnt really understand what happened with Hutch this year. I guess health got in the way but he looked good.

Lack of PG is really hurting our team. We are likely undervalued ALL our players because of lack of playmaker. I still don't understand why we didn't at least nab Derrick Rose for nothing.

Feels like our franchise always zags when we should clearly zig

On the Crawford/Rose bandwagon in 2002... 2009, 2011, 2012, 2017... Finally in 2018! 16 year wait!

Meh, it's not like Hutch looked like a completely different player. He just looked energized by the trade and made a lot of shots that he usually misses. Wouldn't read too much into it.

Wish him the best though. DG too, I hope the injury is not too bad.

I feel like there are only 2 types of Westbrook games at this point, the horrible and the great ones. There is no in-between. It has kinda always been that way, but I feel like it's particularly noticeable this season.

That's the first thing I thought when I saw his line.

Probably a little boost from wanting to show something for his new team but - yeah - this illustrates the PG effect very well.
Turn down for what?

Eh, Hutch had games for us when he would get 15 points, smoke guys down the lane for big dunks, we got excited because a 2-way small forward! We shall see.

Now I’m especially wondering what exactly happened. Our (defensive)wing situation has been dire this season, so if he’s (clearly) healthy and able to play, what did he do to hit the doghouse? Seemed like such a mild-mannered guy.

I am curious to know why Hutch feels like he was treated like trash. On the outside looking in, it seemed like he got opportunities whenever he was healthy, he just rarely ever was. His comment, makes me wonder if his benching wasn't related to any mental issues but more a result of Donovon/AK informing him that they didn't intend to keep him long-term.

Yeah the guy was terrible yet he still got a lot of chances to prove himself. He kept failing and now he’s acting like he was undeservingly benched. This kind of confirms that Hutchinson wanted more minutes and caused a problem about it. What a clown, he will soon go back to his usual DNP role in Washington as well.

Wow really ? That looked like he definitely broke it. If true he got lucky in an unlucky moment.

Not that hutch was some great star who deserved better treatment but we really have no idea how he was treated by the company.. it may have been great or maybe not. I have a feeling he was traded because he didn’t feel properly treated... The reality could be anything but his perception was that of not being treated well. It also isn’t a major slam against the organization, it’s not a glowing report he is just saying his fit is better there with some shade, but not Scottie Pippen level hate.

I'm not going to lose sleep about a tweet from a player. Whether they are treated well or not, sometimes in the heat of the moment they make emotional tweets and they are in the right. I think it's challenging for most players when they have to deal with their first trade, takes a hit to their ego, and also the downside of having to suddenly uproot their life.
Why so serious?
