The contract would need to be short/small enough for us to be able to cut bait at the first sign of trouble. Or we could use it as trade bait I suppose.

There is another thread that says we may have another 11 million in room.. that would require a S&T with GSW and I think the min on that contract would be 3 years?

If Toronto loses Leonard, Celtics should consider Marc Gasol at the deadline if he is healthy and playing well. May need some sort of 3 team deal. If Raptors lose Leonard, they could decide to rebuild if they can't find a decent Leonard replacement.

If the league wasn’t so open this year I’d look at giving Williams more minutes this year instead of going after Boogie but because it is so open & if we can get him relatively cheap we may as well. If he gets anywhere near where he was 2 years ago he could be a handy acquisition alongside Kanter.
