Lol easy there yosemite.

The other teams like Miami, Brooklyn, Detroit, and Indiana are dealing with injuries too. If we can just get Al and Lance to play respectable instead of terrible then we can survive these next 6 weeks Kemba is out.

As far as the 2nd round, I feel like Atlanta is gonna start unraveling a bit towards the end of the season Iike the Pacers did last year and we'll beat them in a 7 game series. Roller coaster season.

Those patients with minor lateral meniscus tears that are managed conservatively can usually expect to return to sport or activity in approximately 2 - 4 weeks. For moderate tears that are managed conservatively return to sport or activity may take 4 - 6 weeks or longer.
Minor lateral meniscus tears that are managed surgically can sometimes return to sport or activity within 4 – 6 weeks, although most surgical repairs (especially when the meniscus tear is moderate to severe) will usually require a rehabilitation period of 6 - 8 weeks or longer. If there is damage to other structures in the knee, such as the anterior cruciate ligament, rehabilitation may require an extended period. It is important that lateral meniscus injuries are managed appropriately, as inappropriate treatment may lead to the development of early knee osteoarthritis.

Missing Kemba for at least 17 games is going to be brutal.

I really hope that they did a full repair and didn't just remove the unhealthy tissue but the recovery time suggests that they did the ladder. I'm going to be so pissed if they consciously made a decision to do something that could cause serious problems for him in the future and shorten his career just so we could hold on to the delusion that we are a playoff team this season.

Something tells me the guys getting paid millions of dollars to make those decisions are not that stupid. His 12 mill a year contract starts next season. Mind as well fix him up now that hes only makin around 3.

My guess would be after about 2 weeks he should be able to start exercising on the cycling machine, 3 weeks if not a little sooner that he should be able to at least walk on a anti-gravity treadmill, 4 weeks he should be able to jog freelance, after 5 weeks he should be able to start doing lateral cuts. Following this routine, it would depend on his healing progress and how quickly he could come along

Well, there was a report that the team thought ge could play through it. That is why Im concerned. Also, you shouldnt assume that just because someones job is to make those decisions that theyll make the right ones.

I agree I just hope they are smarter than that. I dont see any reason for him to come back this season to be honest. Its one thing if were still in the playoff hunt but if not he might be better off just shutting it down.

ESPN was discussing it that the coaches woulda strongly considered Kemba as Wade replacement if he wasn't hurt so now it'll boil down to Knight or Korver.

Ah, ok. I have to go with Korver. Shooting 54% from 3 on 6 attempts a game is just insane.

I like Knight. Knight shoulda made it over Kyrie.

Im not a very big fan of Knight, but I think the Kemba vs Knight wars and picking apart his game relentlessly during the draft and his rookie year is probably why I don't.

Kemba, Knight, and Kyrie all fall in the same category in my book. I'm just happy with have one of them. Honestly can't stand Kyrie. I've heckled him more than a few times during his prep years. Sometimes I get in his head but most of the time he went the f*ck off and gave me a silly look talking sh*t. I hate his attitude and besides the work he put in to be a gifted offensive player I think he's way overrated. That Cavs team would be in the bottom of the standings if it wasn't for Lebron.
