I get the rules, but because this is a new occurrence I kindly asked Bish to present it. I’m not a GM that’s gonna come in here and be negative about this scenario. I’m grateful that you guys are even taking time out of your day to vote.

However, I’ll fight for my cause until the votes simply say it ain’t gonna happen. And even those who vote against it, will always have my respect.

As of now there are still enough GMs who can still vote YES. If you’re reading this, I’m asking that you please do so. What happened to me could happen to any of us. If I ever do a deal with you, and you have proof of my confirmation I’ll say it here now: It’s valid with me. Even if I go MIA.

It's not about being nice or not nice. I have spoken with NewEra about this many times over the past couple of weeks. By the letter of the law, I can't approve these trades. NewEra does understand that. He asked for an opportunity to plead his case to the board which I felt was warranted after hearing and seeing the facts. I think based on the level of discussion and debate that we have had the past 14 hours or so that NewEra was justified in bringing this to everyones attention. Now, I'm not saying that to sway anyones vote. It is a very difficult situation brought about by completely unforeseen circumstances. I honestly don't think there is a right or wrong answer to this one and won't judge anyone who votes in any manner. I am happy with the amount of thought that has gone into the whole decision by most on the board. Only thing I'll say is please keep it all civil. No need for name calling, whether that is towards BK or anyone else who has come up in this thread the past few hours. At the end of the day, when this all is put behind us whatever the outcome, we still hopefully all understand that we can agree to have differing opinions. I don't want any hard feelings moving forward. That's the one thing that will not be good for the league.
