Nice thread and I love the optimism so far! For me, I could care less what the circumstances are with our team. Nothing is ever easy in the playoffs whether you are the favorite or the underdog which we clearly are in this series.

The Pacers certainly have the size and depth over us but I'm not seeing where they are this overwhelming favorite "experts" have them out to be. Guess we will be finding out starting tonight.

The effort is going to be there, the intensity is going to be there, I am sure of that. I want to see the Magic play with intelligence for 48 minutes each game in this series. We cannot turn the ball over and we have to play together on defense. The guy who worries me the most actually on Indiana is Paul George due to his versatility on both ends.

No matter what happens, I will always believe in this team and believe in the Orlando Magic...LET'S GET IT!!!

I've got Magic in 6. Officiating wise, we can do a lot worse than Mauer.

Vogel has pulled back on his usual bold statements and predictions because he knows his team is in a no win situation. If they crush us, they're expected to do us. If they struggle and series extends to 6 or 7 games and they survive, their next opponent will lick their chops. But if we somehow win, oh baby.

No pressure situation...nothing to lose...Indiana is in an unfamiliar spot as the decided favorite...why not shock the 18,000 people nationwide who will actually watch the games in the series? Pick and roll every time all the time, get their bigs away from the basket...knock down a couple of jumpers...force Hill & Barbosa to knock down a bunch of shots and do the damn thing.

Man I love the playoffs...I have that nervous/anxious feeling in me, like the ones before a big exam LOOL! I can't wait to get going.

If we can steal one over there, that would be huge. Everywhere I'm reading people are calling sweep for them and it makes my blood boil. I know we are underdogs but I have faith in this team...I guess as fans no matter how badly things seem, deep down you have to believe.

Frankly I'm loving the fact that we can go in as the underdogs having no one believe we can pull it off. That takes a lot of pressure of the boys and hopefully that helps them focus just on the ball. This Indy team doesn't have playoff experience like we do and they're coming in as heavy favorites...so let's hope they CHOKE (*see Reggie Miller to Spike Lee gesture) looool.

This post makes me so angry at Otis. I wanted him to make trades with that roster. Unfortunately he got owned on every trade he made (minus the BBD trade, though he locked us into another long term deal that we really shouldn't have done).
