I completely lost my **** when Shabazz went right before us, but I'm actually really really happy with this pick.

Simmons was outstanding with that YouTube/8th grade CYO line he had rehearsed.

I'm good with this. Boom or bust. We needed to make a pick like this.

LOVE IT. When you're the Bucks, and you are in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and you have the 15th pick in a weak draft, you take the 6'9 18 year old athletic guy with as much upside as anyone who is from Greece and probably won't mind playing in Milwaukee. The best possible pick for the Bucks. Swing for the damn fences.

This guy has the biggest gap between floor and ceiling in the draft, IMO. Probably easily. Who wants highlights?

Frontcourt length is completely ridiculous. Hambone might have something here.

YES!!!! super pumped for this guy. Big, long, has handles and can block shots. Not too sure about his shot I haven't seen too much film on him but he has a lot of potential

If this pick means that we are now in rebuild mode, I am happy. If FA opens up,and we blow money on guards like Gery suggested this morning,I will be pissed.

Swing for the fences, love it. Don't want to read too much into it but intrigued that we were "allowed" to take a player that won't help us next year.

Honestly, know nothing about the guy. But, he seems like a project, which hopefully signals rebuild. Also, for everyone who loves to have tall, lengthy guys, Giannis fits the mold. I think Giannis might have some great potential or could do nothing.

So, I guess I like it. We could have done worse imo.

Probably pretty easy to tell he won't be the next Durant lol

It's highly unlikely, but he has that kind of potential. Most of his skills, length, and body control are around Durant's level. It's just a matter if he can hone the shooting, and has the i.q., and desire. Those things you can develop or are intangible at this point. But if he gets them, he could be some player. Or he could go the way of Greek Shaq. It's just hard to tell when you're watching a guy play 8th graders.
