I think we need a penalty for tanking. The last couple season there have been team that stopped setting their lineup and end up with the top pick.

Was waiting to get this going 'til I knew who had control over what pick but I guess that's resolved. So, unless somebody objects, keep picking your numbers.

If somebody has the right to swap with you, you pick the numbers. If you own somebody's pick, you pick the numbers. We'll use random.org again. I'll clean everything up into a single post for the lotto numbers.
