Hometown discount is one thing but Collison's contract is baffling. He's getting half of what Jarrett Jack got and is twice as good.
Bullets -> Wizards

We are winning this game and u can bet the house on it. People jeep sayin we are average because if the 3 recent losses to Det, Bos, an Uth but I say look at the wins which also includes a bad Phi team. We are good and are beating good teams and bad teams like Phi. We don't lose to the other 3 because we are bad or average. We lose because of 3 things.
A terrible coach who has a bad system and is even a worse motivator. 2 is its like a MLB player tryin to get a hr milestone where he hits them out easy until he gets to the last one and it takes firever. We will look a lot better when we get over that hump. 3 is that we have star players who aren't all built with the perfect mentality which is why your coach has to come in.
The good thing is that nearly every .500 loss has cone against bad teams. We can't handle the pressure, especially at home. Tonight is no pressure. It's a road game so no nervously home crowd and we are suppose to lose so all the pressure is off. 3rd, our backcourt will go off. Beal found his strokes in the 2nd half and Wall is due for a great game. We got this and we will beat OKC also. Place your bets, on me

Collison is getting paid less this season (and next, if he decides to stay) than Eric Maynor.
Maynor's career PPA (before this season): 49
Collison's career PPA (before this season): 110
Of course, if Collison was determined to play for the Clippers, there's not a lot the Wizards could do about that. Might have been nice if they'd gone after him early in free agency though to see what it might take to persuade him to come east. Considering how quickly they signed Maynor, I don't think they spent much time going after Collison.

So I'm putting down a wiz win for 5k. You covering me if I lose?

It depends on what I get if u win
Seriously thought, I honestly trust us more against the good teams right now than I do against the bad until we get over that .500 hump and then we will cake up against them again.....lol

Are the Luv-a-Bulls a joke that I just don't get? I would say they all look like drag queens, except that's an insult to some truly quality drag queens I've met.

I think looking at the 7 game WC stretch is more telling. If they go 3-4, then that's a success IMO. Whether they went 2-2 or 3-1 on the road trip.

I've always wondered if his style of play makes it harder for other players to grow because he's so ball dominant. This will probably pay massive dividends for the clips in the playoffs as teams will force other people aside from CP3 or Blake to beat em.
If this wasn't a back 2 back, I'd say we have a shot...but probably. Test Blake's shot, let him beat us from the perimeter if he has to. Also, probably never post up Gortat against DeAndre.
Will be interesting to see how much favorable treatment Blake gets from the refs since Booker and Nene are fairly physical.
CP3 is a great example of a great player, who just can't lead to team to the top. To injured. To CP3.
Never really liked him as a player. Just not a fan.
As for the Wizards. Who the hell knows. They could come out looking like they did against Miami or they could look like the did against Boston.
YOU HAVE NO FING IDEA WITH THIS TEAM.
Wall could have zero turnovers and look great. He could have 6 and shoot his first 5 shots from for long 2s.
Beal ? I have no idea with him anymore. He has impressed me less with his decisions, not more.
Who will play off the bench ? Who the hell knows. We saw Maynor last night. Who say that coming ? Ves is back in the ice box.
If I was to guess, Randy goes back to the 8 man rotation with Booker, Temple and Webster off the bench. Anything more then that would be expecting to much from Randy. I full expect both Wall and Beal to shoot their first 2-3 shoots from long 2 range.
And if they look great, so what. That has zero baring on what they do the following game.
I just have no hope for this team getting better as long as Randy is the head coach.

With all the viable things to complain about, there is no need to reach on stuff like this.
I never for a second thought he would consider coming here. And why should have have? He was able to sign in LA with the LAC ?
Not sure who would pick us over them in the last off season.

One year with a solid role on a team that was going to be very good, then a player option the 2nd year. He will make out just fine.

How many of Gortat's layups will be blocked tonight? I'd say at least 4.

Brutal shooting. Brutal reffing so far.
Easy to hate a team with Redick and Griffin.
