CAA Smith doesn't type out well, but I think it sounds out pretty well.

This is simple.

Stephen A Smith is a CAA Client

CAA is pissed that they where shown the door in NY

Now they are going to leak out a TON of bad press about the knicks in order to soften the blow when Melo decides to leave.

Thats what this is. Bc CAA knows Melo's brand will take a huge hit if he leaves and if melo is seen as running away from PJAX..

That is what this is... misinfo and propaganda

This makes Zero sense. Who would we have moved to gotten either one of those players.

Why would Portland trade the best PF in the game for scraps?

CAA is hard at work here.

Didn't Portland turn down an offer from Cleveland for Aldridge that included Waiters and the #1 pick? Or was that for Love? Unless we were trading Melo for either of them there is nothing on this roster that could be used to acquire Josh Smith and his toxic contract, let alone a great player. He should go back to tiptoeing around how he was also disgusted by the Sam kiss and that Riley Cooper is somehow less racist than Sterling. That's what his show was about yesterday.

The next day we hear that Mills traded for Barfs instead of Aldrige probably because of a CAA conspiracy.

who believes this crap?
come on people

stop being so gullible

Grunny traded for Bargs. Such an awful trade! :noway:

Stephen called the Miami trio 3 weeks in advance. He said Woodson would not be fired till the end if the season. Dude actually talks to ppl who spill their guts to him. If he says it, then I have to believe there's some truth to it. He's not Isola

If it's true Steven a smith is working for CAA and using is influence to put pressure on teams to help other CAA clients this dude needs to be found out and ostracized from the media, it's borderline criminal

He loses any credibility and is a puppet if this is true

neither of these 2 things are true portland doesn't do lot of traded which players we were going to give them for aldrige i for sure know is not novak, camby, and qrich like we got for bargani. We don't have the assets to get either of those players by trade.

SAS isn't with the CAA, I use to think that as well but his representation is different.

just because he isn't with CAA doesn't mean CAA doesn't have him on the payroll under the table. Why wouldn't they he has a radio voice on ESPN radio that a lot of people listen too. If I was CAA it would great to put out fake rumors that make there clients look better.

But all agents do this, that's their jobs. SAS is the mouth piece for all NBA "superstars", he did this same mess last season with Dwight in LA and on numerous occasions.

Umm Stephen A did not call the Miami big 3 thats a myth....Stephen A for the longest time said Lebron was coming to New York and he guaranteed it for months and months...then he said he was going to Chicago...Than he said be careful of Miami i think they have a chance....that was it...

Hahn was the first to say he was going to MIami without any hesitation without any maybes nothing he said he was going to MIami...

And what could the Knicks have possibly given Portland for their best player - who was not even in his walk year? The components of a legitimate deal don't exist - unless Anthony is part of the deal.
