So we are trading the Morrii for Iron Man. I'm so down.

I reckon you've hit the nail on the head as to why PJ isn't on the block. It sounds like he's not a source of the negativity but he's feeding off it. Our locker room would be deadly quiet without him and he can lead from the front in a positive environment.

I haven't heard anything about Houston.

We are talking with a team. But I can't comment. And probably shouldn't have stated that. I'll probably get a butt chewing for mentioning what I did earlier.

Call me Codeman. LOL. (No, I'm not)

Thats it. Its confirmed.

Suns are signing AC Green.

Simple code. Do a Google search for NBA Ironman. The only name that pops up is AC Green. Hell, his Twitter handle is NBA_IRONMAN !!! Who knew our SF of the future would be from our past. Its like a reverse Terminator 2 situation, AC Green is coming from our past to save our future (With the team being John Connor).

Current NBA Iron Man is DeAndre Jordan. I don't see that happening, though it would check a few of NotTraxxe's boxes.

If there's a team who should be interested in the MoBros, look no further than Toronto. Maybe something like this, and we flip Joey V. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine

If anything, NotTraxxe's post make me think a trade is unlikely. And personally, I think spending $16 million on Dragic is a waste of money. But if we can't trade him, we're in a lose/lose situation, imo.

You posted a link to the trade machine, but not the trade.

As for Iron Men, i think we have a better shot at signing AC Green than we do getting DeAndre Jordan.

It is visible to see the Morris bros negative attitudes have rubbed off on this team.

I'd like marcus gone at least. Markieff has talent and talent really helps win championships.

Maybe he needs his brother gone to realize he can't get away with stupid stuff.

In a perfect world we get rid of marcus and we keep Keef and straighten him out.

Oops!

Trade was Ross, Hansbrough, Nogueira and Valanciunas for the MoBros, Ennis, and Plumlee. It worked.

Bah. That's stupid. Every trade idea anyone has is stupid. We're all stupid. Thankfully the Suns aren't stupid, but that doesn't mean they're not ***ked.

I could see the Morri getting traded. Marcus seems to be the one who has changed the attitude of Kief, both are more hostile and act out more outwardly. All of us thought our chemistry seemed off from the begining and blamed it on Thomas since he is the new guy, but maybe the twins have rubbed the whole group wrong. Both PJ and Gerald are shells of thier last year selves attitude wise. Tuck and Gerald always seem agitated when last year they were the happy leaders of this team, seemed last year they turned the corner and this year niether ever seems happy. Also, in that altercation between Marcus and Jeff, if anyone was comfortable in grabbing Marcus they would have. The fact that not one person went to and grabbed him and as a friend and teammate says "Hey man... not here" kind of speaks volumes to me. Dragic was in the background with a look on his face.... Zoran actually started to come around the back like he had beef with Marcus, and papa Tucker didnt even step in, that says a lot, it speaks to people not believing that they could step in and fearing it would be turned on them.

Perhaps what's pissing the Brothers off is the simple fact that Marcus was yanked from the starting line-up.

Simple solution, trade marcus. I don't know where this, "the Morris twins have to stay together" non sense came from. But seems to me that marcus is the root of the negativity. I'm sure there is a team out there that wouldn't mind marcus.

Trade the twins and you trade team chemistry along with it. The Morri are the vocal leaders, they stick up for the rest of the team. I love their thug-ish attitude, and couldnt care less about the techs.

Its been too long since the Suns had some bad boys on the team. Now we finally get some, finally get some fighters, and we're looking to trade them.

NotTraxxe wrote:The Suns current preference is not to trade Dragic as I've stated earlier and took a little heat for via a funny bit of pictures (this is a change from their previous position) and they have not been willing to include him in offers at the moment.

There was a locker room altercation involving one the Twins. I don't know the details other than this is the second time it has happened (once during practice and one after a game). The team feels like Tucker and a few other players are feeding off their negativity. They were really happy when they got their extensions; we told them we wanted them to become leaders of the "youth movement" and that has backfired on us.

Anyway, we will trade them if we can get good value but we are not going to dump them for the sake of doing so. Bledsoe, Len, Dragic, and Tucker are pretty darn safe at the moment. I don't know why we don't want to trade Tucker. But we don't.

That said we will make any move if the price is right. McD is not an idiot.

Just of curiosity, what exactly are the Suns looking for in trades? Are they looking to improve the defense, rebounding, shooting, more iso ball type guys, veteran leaders, what?

TASTIC wrote:Who says no to this deal:

Suns get
Mirotic
Hinrich

Bulls get
Thomas
Plumlee

Hinrich is a FAR better defender than Thomas and is also a lot cheaper, plus he wouldn't command/expect 30 mins a night. This allows Dragic and Bledsoe to have the ball more in their hands as well as getting some time for Ennis to get PT. Also would ease some of Dragic's concerns in FA as he knows he'd be PG 1b rather than 1c (or SG) as it seems right now.

Mirotic is going to be a beast, soon. He just needs minutes and he would be ideal off the bench this season and with an eye to starting him at PF next year. Already a better rebounder and shot-blocker than Kieff, plus it allows Kieff and Mook to destroy second units with Green, Wright and one of Bled/Dragic.

Bulls get a legit scorer off the bench that they can rely on, as Brooks and Hinrich are both too patchy. Also frees up more minutes for Thibs' boys Noah and Gibson. I just can't see them dealing either of those two while expecting Thibs to stay. They're going to have to pay Butler next year...this doesn't really solve that I guess!

Incidentally, if I'm the Suns I would throw a max at Butler - imagine him at SF, he'd be amazing!!

The Bulls. Mirotic & Butler are untouchable players for them them. They've waited too long and their FO made certain decisions with the idea of Morotic coming here this year, they won't move him. Not yet.
