If by "killed it" you mean he wasn't the best PG on the court and we lost our first summer league season - yes.

If you mean was utterly fantastic - No.

He was the best he's played in SL so far though and that's a good sign. He did some very good things and some pretty poor things, especially when he went into hold the ball and play iso offense.

dude you are insufferable. he was clearly the best PLAYER ON THE FLOOR. jesus christ. napier had problems on defense? well so did freaking mudiay who lost him multiple times. And hey, its just summer league i understand that. But who asks for 'low lights' from the best player on their summer league team? reeks of confirmation bias

I thought we were agreeing to disagree on Napier. You can give your opinion, why shouldn't I give mine?

I said it was his best of the summer leagues so far and that it was a good sign. But the teams are summer league crap, you look at the good points I'll balance things by telling of the bad points.

So, no love for Quincy Miller? I really think we should give him a chance. He can be a good backup forward. He's 6'10" with a 7'2" wingspan.

No, I think the problem most of the time was him not getting the respect to lead and play pg how he wants to. The one thing I like most about his game is his leadership qualities and how he officiates on offense, despite him being the underling... they need to give the respect(greenlight) Bosh,Wade (Spo), to let him do his thing when he's on the floor and lead. I think we would be a lot more efficient this way, if we got Bazz a lot more mixed up in the offense which is seemingly the next step.. well seeing Rio's exit.

Per Ira: "Nets-Bulls running a bit late in Vegas, so Heat-Celtics to start a bit later than scheduled 7 p.m. start (broadband only)." But there's streams on standby.

Two dumb fouls to start things off for Winslow. Everyone else throwing up bricks.

I guess Zoran is resting because he's going to play for our national team. Maybe he already left for Slovenia.

That's the second one he's splashed down. Splashed the only 3 he took last game.

I've lost so much interest in Summer League as of late because I only watch it for Winslow, and it seems he's never playing. Hoping we see more today than 5 minutes in the 1st quarter.

Return to Miami Heat
