It's because he isn't a little cry baby ____(no pun intended). If he did pursue legal actions on it, I think it would make him look like one. It was something he did in the moment he isn't ashamed

I think that it's a changing of the guard, a generation that never got to see him play and their exposure to him is in the occasional highlight and Spacejam.

Anyone born in the late 90's/early 00's didn't get a real deal MJ fix, with all the chips on the table - nor the pleasure of seeing him dominate and relentlessly destroy everyone in front of him.

Whether that means legal action could be taken in the future remains to be seen, but there is a distinct possibility it will be welcomed by some.

The only reason he didn't pursue is is because there is no defendant to sue here.

Jordan can sue, but he won't win. He is a public figure and as a result, everybody has a right to make fun of him.

Even if their was a person or actual company he could sue, he still wouldn't win. Satire is totally legal and i don't even think the Supreme Court would waste their time to even hear an appeal by MJ.

From my understanding, US ownership rights of trademark favour the 'public figures' and the corporation (ie NFL and the Superb0wl trademark)
