Scotty Miller is NOT a guy that would worry me if I'm a Mike Evans owner. Scotty Miller can be a camp darling all he wants, but he'll be competing for the underneath targets with the likes of Gronk, Howard, and Brate. I think it unwise to deal a top 20 guy in PPR formats for a couple of guys in the top 50.

That's fair. Do you worry about his injury status at all? Hamstrings are always scary.

Sure, soft tissue injuries are always a little dicey, but it's a long season and we're in week 1. It's early and it'll take some time for his value to deteriorate a significant degree. I'm not entirely opposed to McLaurin and Brown (I really like both actually), I just don't think the value is there. I think you're putting too much on Darrell Williams to be honest. I'd be looking at the rest of his roster and seeing what else I could add.

I could be totally wrong but Evans seems like his success is downfield and Brady seems to want to throw 10 yards or less. That’s my fancy way of saying I think if I could sell on Evans I would

Thanks, I have 12 fanduel lineups today and I'm taking zero chances. Swapped out Mostert for Marlon Mack and had to switch Kittle and Fitz out in one lineup.

Oof that Mostert/Mack swap ended up being tough.

I've got Evan Engram and the Steelers defense. Should I sit Engram in favor of Fant so I'm not taking away from my defensive points?

Thankfully(?) I was so bad it didn’t matter.

Not sure I like that line of thinking. Just go with the TE you like more, which is probably Engram.

Seems like your trying to outsmart yourself here. Go with the guy you think will simply score more points and don't worry to much about the D

(fyi id go with Fant regardless especially if Sutton is dinged up)

I got too cute playing Wentz over Murray even though I drafted Murray with the expectation that he'd have a breakout year. Wentz **** the bed in a big way and I lost as a result. Lesson learned.

I ended up sitting Engram and went with Fant. Helped me win my week 1 matchup. Phew lol

Had the first pick, first time doing PPR.

I took CMC of course.

Crazy thing was on thing the way back I landed Mahomes and Tyreek Hill. Landed Rodgers in the 12th round. I kept passing on him but by the 12th round? One guy took Daniel Jones over Rodgers. I know we plan to run a lot this year but c'mon man.

Mahomes
Rodgers

CMC
Mike Davis
David Johnson
Duke Johnson
David Montgomery
Tarik Cohen

Tyreek Hill
Cooper Kupp
Lazard
Ceedee Lamb
Fitz
Hardman

Doyle

Crosby

Rotating defense every week

This week I scored the second-most points in my league, faced the dude who scored the most. Right now, my biggest regret is not taking Emmanuel Sanders. With M. Thomas out for at least a few weeks he is going to feast.

I can already see I am going to hate PPR.

Watching these dudes rack up points from 10 catches for 77 and 7 catches for 44 yards is just stupid.

A player with 10 catches for 77 yards and 1 garbage time TD being better than a RB a running back with 100 yard game and 2 tds makes no sense. Well, I tried something new. Back to standard next year.

Yin and Yang. Is that really worse then the backup RB that gets two 1 yard TD runs and finishes with 10 yards rushing perfoming better then a WR that ends with 8 catches for 120 yards in a non ppr?

How many people are playing that backup running back though?

Last week Fuller had 8/112 and no tds and which basically almost matched points with McCaffrey who had 97 yards rushing, 2 tds, 3 rec, 38 yards.

Just my opinion. I can see why some people prefer ppr because it's hard to get a good, let alone two workhorse rbs. However, I just don't like it. Probably because I've spent the last 25+ years playing ff focusing on players that get touchdowns and score on big plays.

For instance a player like Tyreek Hill is probably equal to a player like Scotty Miller this week. Hill probably scores 2 tds on 50 yard bombs while Miller scores maybe 1 td but has a bunch of possession receptions. It's just weird to me.

Really digging my team. 12 team ppr, with a flex and won it last year.

Strategic plan, Rbs and Wrs. I only have Big Ben at QB for now, and a few other good players have only one as well. So the waiver wire has guys that can get it done.

Rbs
CMC
Jonathan Taylor
Kareem Hunt
James Robinson
Antonio Gibson

Wrs
JuJu
Calvin Ridley
Tyler Boyd
S Diggs
Lazzard

Tes
Ebron
Gronk

Not sure about Lazzard but I will hang on to him for a few weeks. Both Robinson and Gibson are now starters so that helps. I actually drafted Chris Thompson but flipped him for Robinson the next day.

The wrs can be streaky, but I think I got quality in my top four. Injuries are bound to happen, man there has been some tough hitting to start the season.

I got Crobsy, he's always my homer pick.

Streaming defenses and hanging on to my waiver for the best pick. You never know, and I prefer to just pick up FA's unless absolutely necessary.

Well...this weekend was an absolute massacre, whole lot of FAAB going to be spent on waiver wire this week. Don't ever recall the number of injuries hitting like we have seen, it's nuts. Maybe player safety is better with a pre season? Don't know what to think.
