The game went pretty much as expected, although I expected Lopez to have a field day, not Portis. I thought it might be a shootout the way the 1st quarter started, but the Blazers just could not keep up.

at the least he has "entered the building" IMO, like what I saw but its ONE game, lets hope we see him get plenty of minutes and he continues to play well

Oops, now Little is trying to do too much.
The weakest links currently in the rotation are Hood and Giles. We have room for Little without even discussing Melo.

Watching the Little highlights again, man does his shot look better than last year. He has all the physical tools, if his form has come around and the game has slowed down for him, we may finally have a decent, internally groomed forward moving on. Cant read too much into one game, but he needs more burn moving forward.
If Little shows any sort of consistency I would love to find a true starting SF using Hood and DJJ. Then use Little as the backup SF and keep RoCo at PF. Even a Harrison Barnes type, assuming we are willing to spend.

I wouldn't trade anything for Barnes. Barnes would add nothing to our team and his contract would be crippling. I would trade Hood for PJ Tucker. I would even consider trading DJJ, but not for an expensive player that adds nothing. Blazers should be opportunistic with talented players like DJJ and Giles who might not have a future here because of CBA issues.
