He's just unnecessary, but gets the dream role with our starters because he's the vet.

The only time Wiseman looked like an actual NBA player tonight is when RoLo was out there.

What are you talking about? I don't know that the Bucks have ever had a better vet minimum signing.

Liked that the two young wings got things started for us and we jumped all over Detroit in the first quarter. Really put any kind of upset to bed early. Was nice seeing Dame closer to the version of Dame we expected too.

Harder test for us tomorrow. Hope we're up for it.

Man, what a depressing Pistons team. It's like a care home for lottery picks who didn't pan out.

That pistons situation is bleak. They have zero top level NBA talent. Tough to grade Cade given he’s in such a hopeless situation. He’s a good player but doesn’t look anything close to even all star level.

I guess they’re just gonna keep playing the lottery until they hit something big. They could use a few decent vets though who won’t blow up the tank but will at least keep them a bit more respectable.

25 games for it to happen is wild compared to recent years.

Our second game at Toronto was pretty similar.

Thompson is going to be good. Can't say the same for anyone else on the Pistons tbh

The Monty Williams situation is just brutal. They got him to build the culture in Detroit...after he was part of the culture falling apart in Phoenix and had friction with several players, including their starting C. And he didn't even want to be in Detroit, so they threw the biggest contract ever at him. And now the whole team has quit. They can't even fire him most likely, dudes on an $80 mil contract lol.

Literally the only difference between him and Khris this year is Khris’ chemistry with Giannis is a bit better, due to their countless years playing together. If you can be nearly equal to Khris with the way everyone talks about him that’s a good thing for the minimum.

Somebody here must have made the AJJ-Shawn Marion comparison, right?

I should clarify to that this year. Khris is shooting slightly worse on a similar volume as Beasley, similar assist to turnover ratios, similarly below par defense.

Maybe he'd agree to opening up a roster spot & move into being Bango's sideshow.

Meh.

I know Brook wasn't minimum but he was close

In any case, Beasley is fine at best. When it matters he won't be on the court (hopefully).
