What you REALLY don't want is to let the starters go to the bench and get cold, then have to bring them back if the opps make enough of a run to put the outcome in doubt.
Besides, there are plenty of combinations still to be explored. We have a 9-man rotation and 10 if Plumlee gets some burn.

I didn’t watch any of this one, but looks like it was well in hand the whole way. Enough for Jordan Miller to get some run!

Good win. Couldn’t afford to lose it.
Wasn’t always pretty but take it and move on.

Good test coming Sunday with the wolves. Grizzlies have had horrible luck this year

Yup. Ty left the rotation guys in until 4 minutes left with a 20-point lead. Still ended up being outscored 40-28 in the 4th and only won by 9. Theis, Mann and Coffey each got 20+ minutes and that's a better investment than in the G-Leaguers.
FTR: The G-Leaguers were MINUS-11 in their FOUR minutes of play. If Ty had put them in with 7 or 8 minutes to go instead, what a cluster#^>k.

Grizzlies ain't been right since that ill fated Ja interview when he said "they're not worried about anyone in the West" They got too cocky without accomplishing anything and no veteran leadership to keep the young guys in check.
