Some sneaky good acquisitions:
- Portland getting Devi
- Celtics bringing the band back
- Orlando getting KCP
- Nets getting their picks back so they can tank properly
- Raptors trading Jalen McDaniels and actually getting serviceable players back
- Memphis drafting Edey (will be a perfect fit IMO)

Big winner atleast from draft is Minnesota IMO Losing slo-mo and not getting anybody back might sting a little though
OKC doing a great job at filling needs
Kudos.
Chicago is moving in the right direction as well. As an OKC fan, I can guarantee you Josh Giddey is a huge win. The best trades are the ones when the franchise is at their lowest (Giddey wanted out).

OKC, not just for what they did, but for what they didn’t do (foolishly go all in on an expensive older star that would blow their future assets and change the dynamics of the team). Sticking with Shai, Chet and JDub as their big 3 and surrounding them with elite role players to give them the best chance to succeed is 100% the right vision at this point. And if they plateau in a few years they have their asset stash to pivot

1) OKC but let’s be real they had an advantage going in with their cap situation
2) Dallas getting Klay for MLE money and him being a replacement to non-existent THJ. The mavs create the most open shots in the nba and he will fit
3) NYK assuming they get somewhat okay replacement to iHart. If they don’t then idk
4) Philly. This kind of feels risky to me what they did but if it works out it’ll have to be this year since PG is getting older. PG won that contract

Biggest winners
OKC - addressed their weaknesses, maintained flexibility for the future
Sixers - got the biggest name available and made the clippers worse going forward (improving the picks they own)
Magic - adding veteran help and required skillset
Spurs - LOVE the CP3 signing. Proven vet who fits great with your best player
Biggest losers
Lakers - running back the exact same team that finished 7th last year
Nuggets - what are we doing here? you're wasting the prime of the best player in the league by cheaping out. It's not like KCP got an insane deal, 22M is pretty standard for a starter
TBD
Mavs - idk if Klay/Marshall is a big upgrade over DDJ/Green. Could work great if Klay can shoot well and improves a little on defense.
Knicks - love the bridges move, but lost a very key rotation piece and currently don't have a backup center on the roster. When Mitchell Robinson gets injured, they will have some trouble

Don't like them giving the 8th pick away to help Minnesota out and getting a pick so far in 2031 when Edwards is 29

Re: Which team is the biggest winner of Draft + Free Agency ?
OKC are the biggest winners then Philly.
Spurs have only added CP3 thus far but despite his age I expect this to have a massive impact on the team as they had 0 vets/leaders on the team last season and he is a consummate professional that will instill much needed veteran influence on the team. Plus he can actually run a pick and roll and throw a lob unlike anyone else on the roster.
Stephon Castle is the exact type of player SA needed and lacked and they finally have what projects to be an elite defender and a legit POA defender. Getting an unprotected 2031 first from Minny for the 8th pick is currently hard to rate. If they end up using it to trade for a noteworthy player then it's a great move. If they sit on it and do nothing and it ends up being a late 1st then it's a fail. Way too early to judge
EDIT: Almost forgot about Brooklyn - technically not draft or FA related but they got a mountain of picks and got some control of their own draft again which is super impressive.

They're banking on Edwards leaving by that point which is certainly possible. I understand the move from the Spurs. They didn't love anyone in the draft, might as well get 2 bites at the apple when Wemby is in his prime.

I like what Dallas did with Grimes and Naji; not sure about Klay: his play, what he would if he got benched again, his defense, etc.
Spurs you could say got better with the Pelicans acquiring Murray

Re: Which team is the biggest winner of Draft + Free Agency ?
Knicks. Resigned OG and added Mikal Bridges. Yeah, they need to deal with the loss of Hartenstein - Randle will play some small ball 5 behind Mitch but Sims isn’t enough. But there are plenty of passable 5s out there - Theis, Biyombo, McGee, T.Thompson, Moses Brown, Boban, Achiuwa (though he is smaller than ideal, but they know him).
Knicks moved up from an also-ran to a contender status, IMO. No other team made that kind of jump.
