Great pitching tonight
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I only caught the first couple innings so I thought Peralta was going to sink us but credit to him for settling in.

Re: Brewers/DBacks Series
Somehow won 3 out our last 4 without much offense, a few timely homers but nothing consistent at all. Minus the blow up game in SF the pitching staff has been battling hard to get us these wins lately, have to give them a lot of credit.

Re: Brewers/DBacks Series
2 behind the Dodgers, 3 behind Philly. We lost the season series to the Dodgers 4-3. We were swept by the Phillies and would need to sweep them next week to go 3-3. Nine more games before a day off. 12 of 15 games are against teams with something to play for. Dodgers have an easy schedule. 6 against the Rockies, 3 with Miami. But ask the Brewers, those aren't cakewalks.

The thirst for the bye is appeasable
I think the 2-seed is still seize-able
Stacked teams like the Phillies
Don't give me the willies
And catching the Dodgers is feasible
What a story it would be if the starless Brewers eclipse one of these star-studded teams.

I know the defensive metrics have been down for him this year, but Willy's gonna get a lot of 0s this winter.

Re: Brewers/DBacks Series
Called that grand slam live. It just seemed inevitable with Wily up and Pfaadt clearly spent. I would have been sitting dead red with that first pitch. **** awesome job to put up a 7 spot with 2 outs.

I know he won't get serious MVP consideration but man where would this team be without Willy.

Jake McCarthy's walkup song is Kurt Angles WWE theme? That's funny
